    defined as “any drug prescribed to treat or stabilize mood, mental status, or behavior.” If a listed drug is used for another
    medial purpose (e.g. carbamazepine for epilepsy), it is not considered a psychopharmacologic medication in that situation
    unless the dose is adjusted based upon behavior rates or psychiatric status.
