One winner will receive the grand prize of Delta Air Lines nonstop Pittsburgh to Paris roundtrip flights and Paris
    hotel accommodations for two from Delta Vacations in the PSO Paris Festival Contest.
    All who complete the online form at are eligible to win (one entry per day per person). All
    Paris Festival attendees are eligible to win this grand prize and other great runner-up prizes during the following
    performances: Entry forms will be available at all Paris Festival: City of Light PSO performances at Heinz Hall
    on April 27 – 29, May 4 & 5 and May 11 & 13 (one entry per person per performance).
    Random drawing will take place on or about Wednesday, May 16 from all eligible entries received at the time of
    the drawing. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email. By participating in this contest, each participant
    unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the
    Allegheny County Airport Authority.

    This contest is open to legal U.S. residents age 18 years and over. Employees of the Pittsburgh Symphony
    Orchestra, Allegheny County Airport Authority, Delta Air Lines, parent companies or subsidiaries, advertising
    agencies and their immediate family members are not eligible.

    Complete the entry form available at the performances listed above. Fill out required fields of entry form.
    Entries will be deemed ineligible if missing any requested information on the entry form. Entry forms will be
    accepted at the Nonstop to Paris – Pittsburgh International Airport exhibit display in the lobby of the Heinz Hall
    during the Paris Festival. Participants may submit one entry daily, but not more than once a day, during the
    period of the contest. The odds of winning depend upon the number of complete eligible entries received.
    4. HOW TO PLAY
    Readers must submit a paper entry form as described in these official rules. A random drawing to award one
    grand prize winner will be held on or about Wednesday, May 16, 2012 from among all eligible entries received
    by the Allegheny County Airport Authority.

    5. PRIZE
    One grand prize will be awarded. Prize includes roundtrip coach class travel on Delta Air Lines nonstop
    Pittsburgh to Paris flights for two and $1,500 credit toward deluxe hotel accommodations in Paris at a
    participating Delta Vacations hotel. Prize will be given in the form of certificates for Delta Air Lines flights and
    trip certificates issued by Delta Vacations for hotel accommodations. Number of nights depends on winner’s
    hotel selection and option to exceed certificate value at winner’s expense. The approximate total value of the
    grand prize is $4,500.
    Fifteen other runner-up door prizes will be drawn at the same time. These prizes include but are not limited to
    gift certificates for restaurants, other PSO or Heinz Hall performances, airport parking vouchers or AIRMALL
    gift certificates.
    Airline ticket prizes will be awarded in the form of Certificates that must be redeemed by April 30. Travel must
    be between June 1, 2012 and May 31, 2013. Certificates may be redeemed for round-trip coach class travel on
    Delta Air Lines from the winner’s home gateway served by Delta Air Lines to Paris, Charles de Gaulle Airport.
    Any transportation that is unclaimed, is not awarded or is otherwise not used by the travel completion date
    specified will be forfeited.

    Certificate seats are limited and may not be available on all flights or in all markets. Certificates are non-
    transferable, are not redeemable for cash and are void if sold or bartered. The sale or barter of tickets obtained
    through redemption of Certificates is also prohibited. Any tickets obtained through such sale or barter are void
    and will not be honored for travel. After ticketing, date, time and routing changes are permitted (subject to the
    availability booking class) however a $150 fee applies.
    Certificates do not include a $3.80 Federal Excise Tax and the September 11th Security Fee of up to $2.50
    which will be imposed on each flight segment in the passenger’s ticketed itinerary. A flight segment is defined
    as a takeoff and a landing. Certificates used for international travel do not include U.S. International Air
    Transportation Tax of up to $16.70 and U.S. and foreign user, inspection, security or other similarly based
    charges, fees or taxes of up to $349, depending on itinerary. For travel to/from Europe there is a 80 USD* or 60
    EUR* fee for second checked bag when bags are prepaid during online check-in at There is an
    additional 20 USD* or 15 EUR* surcharge for the second bag, when checking in via ticket counter, kiosk, or
    curbside. *Fees are EUR exit Europe Allowances subject to size/weight limits. These taxes and fees are
    subject to change, are the responsibility of the passenger and (except for bag fees) must be paid at the time the
    ticket is booked. Any taxes, fees, or changes paid at the time of ticket issuance will be refunded if ticket is not
    used. However, once redeemed, Certificates are void and will have no further value. Certificate travel will not
    qualify for SkyMiles mileage. Stopovers/Upgrades/Waitlisting/Open Returns are not permitted for tickets
    booked with Certificates. Lost, stolen or otherwise destroyed Certificates will not be replaced. Schedules are
    subject to change without notice. Additional restrictions may apply. It is the responsibility of the passenger to
    be in possession of all necessary documentation (e.g., valid passport, visa where applicable) at the time and
    place of departure. Delta reserves the right to deny boarding to any passengers without proper documentation.

       Grand prize includes Hotel Accommodations for two in Paris, France at a participating Delta Vacations
        hotel property, valued at up to $1,500.
       Winner will have their choice of any Delta Vacations hotel property in Paris as offered on the website, valued up to $1,500.
       Book by April 30 and travel by May 31, 2013; blackout dates apply.

        Terms and Conditions:
       The vacation package is non-refundable and non-transferable.
       Trip certificates issued in conjunction with this promotion have zero cash value.
       Travel is not permitted on the following dates: 2012 – Nov 17-23, Dec 18-31. 2013 – Mar 10-31, 2013.
       Not valid with previously purchased trip. Trip certificate may not be combined with any other coupon,
        certificates, or discount.
       Trip certificate is non-transferable. Positive identification will be required at time of check-in.
       Only original certificates will be accepted. Certificates will not be replaced. Void if altered.
       Reservations must be made prior to departure.
       Booking and travel dates must fall into the range as specified.
       Delta Vacations must issue all travel documentation.
       Certificate may only be applied towards number of rooms specified on the certificate; passengers must
        travel on the same itinerary and must be booked through Delta Vacations.
       Any unused portion of the certificate will not be refunded, and cannot be used towards another booking or
        another service component.
       Travel agent commission is not paid/earned on a free trip value, taxes, and fees.
       If booking exceeds certificate value, recipient is responsible for any balance due and must be paid in full at
        time of booking.
       State and federal income taxes may apply and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
       Changes to reservations, once made, are not permitted.
       Space is subject to hotel availability.
       Winner must be 18 years of age or older.
       Delta Vacations is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules and reserve the right to change
        these terms and conditions without prior notice.

    Prize will be awarded only if a participant fully complies with these Official Rules. All decisions by the Allegheny
    County Airport Authority regarding the PSO Paris Festival Contest are final. No substitution or transfer of any
    prize will be provided. Winners may not transfer their prize unless authorized in writing by the Allegheny County
    Airport Authority before the transfer is made. Such authorization may be granted or withheld in the Allegheny
    County Airport Authority's sole discretion. Requests for transfer must be in writing. All taxes (including, without
    limitation, federal, state, and local taxes) connected with any prize are the sole and exclusive responsibility of
    respective winners. One winner per household.
    As a condition of winning and redeeming a prize, the contest grand prize winner will be required to sign a
    declaration of eligibility and liability release and will be required to complete a W-9 form. By submitting an entry,
    the winner agrees and grants the Allegheny County Airport Authority the right, but not the obligation, to the use
    of his or her name, voice and likeness, along with any statements made by or attributed to such winner in any
    and all media, without notice, review or approval, for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with
    the PSO Paris Festival Contest. If the prize winner fails or refuses to properly sign and return all prize claim
    documents by the redemption deadline or if the prize is declined or a redemption form is returned as unclaimed
    or undeliverable, such prize winner may be disqualified and/or forfeit his or her prize. Prizes are not sent until
    the winner's compliance with these Official Rules has been verified.


    These Official Rules will be available at the Exhibit display during the Festival and on the official contest


    For the name of the PSO Paris Festival Contest winner, submit a written request with a postage-paid return
    envelope to Communications Department, ACAA, PO Box 12370, Pittsburgh, PA 15231. Requests must be
    received by May 31, 2012. Limit one request per envelope.
