• People at all levels are the essence of an organization and their full

• A desired result is achieved more efficiently when activities and

  harus menciptakan dan menjaga
  lingkungan internal dimana karyawan
  dapat menjadi benar-benar terlibat dalam
  pencapaian tujuan perusahaan.

• Karyawan pada semua tingkat adalah inti

  mereka memungkinkan kemampuan

• Suatu hasil yang diinginkan dicapai secara
