This stem cell research paper from the Xcell-Center in Germany shows that adult stem cells help cerebral palsy patients about 66% of the time. The stem cell treatment takes a patient's own adult stem cells and then implants them into the spinal fluid via lumbar puncture- a very safe procedure.
