       (HARF) project is located at the Tseung Kwan area 59 in Hong Kong and
       consists of 16 high- rise residential buildings

     1. Natural ventilation
     • To meet the ventilation rate in the individual flats depends on wind direction and floor level
     • For the same building, the higher level the better ventilation rate can be achieved.

     • The average external Daylight Factor on south facade has been found higher than the north facade.
     •The external wall DF increases from bottom zone to top zone due to the shading of adjacent
     buildings.
