                                           This has been achieved through a
                                          comprehensive, collaborative ‘partnering’
                                          approach, which emphasises the importance
                                         of close client consultation, integrated IT
                                        functions and a large directly-employed and
                                        multi-skilled workforce, motivated by some of
                                       very best managers in the business.

                                      All operatives are field-based tradespersons,
                                      covering all trade disciplines. Each is provided
                                      with a fully-equipped vehicle carrying the small
                                     tools, access plant and stock necessary to
                                     facilitate a safe, swift and efficient service.

                                     Each operative is fully inducted into company
                                     procedures, provided with training in
                                     Health & Safety and all are CSCS registered.

                                     Cruden Property Services is also supported by a
                                     select list of specialist subcontract and supply-
                                     chain partners.

   dedicated Customer Service Centre with the field workforce working
   from depots situated locally within the areas of operation.

   Communication and reporting of activity from the field is maintained
   using mobile internet / PDA technology providing for ‘real time’
   reporting to the Customer Service System, which in most instances
   is integrated with client systems.

   We work closely with our clients to deliver creative solutions to
   appointment management, work scheduling, performance monitoring
   and administrative challenges which are a key aspect of delivering a
   modern maintenance service.
