Most animals do not have complicated and various facial expressions nor do the dogs. However,
dogs have their own ways to show their expressions and feelings. Dogs like cats and other animals
with a tail usually tell their happiness, fear, angry, etc. by changing the tail. Some studies have
found that when dogs see familiar or delighted things or people, they usually wag the tails to the
right. Human brains have left and right parts that handle different emotions, so do dogs. The left-
brain delivers positive emotion and control the tail to wag to the right. Another part shows the
negative emotion and tells the tail to wag to the left.




Do you know that dogs can suffer from alcoholism? You may have a question that most dogs don't
like drinking and they can't drink like humans how could they suffer from alcoholism? Let me

dogs can only see white and black colors. That wrong thought should be corrected. The truth is
dogs can see a few colors but they recognize the red and green color as red and green color-blinds
do. According to some pet researches, dogs can recognize some colors like blue and yellow but
fail seeing other colors. The green grass in a dog's eyes is a white grass; red color is just a kind of
grey tones in dog's eyes. The ability to distinguish the grey tones dogs have is much stronger than
that of humans. Due to different physical and eyes structures, people and dogs have different
unique abilities to see the world.




Do not leave your dog on the cold floors especially in the cold days. Provide something like
blankets for him/her to make more warmth. Sometimes when dogs feel cold in cold weather, they
will look for a warm place in your house to stay. To prevent him from messing your house, it is
necessary to give him a warm blanket and make him feel comfortable.

At the Thanksgiving Day, most people will enjoy a Thanksgiving feast that contains a turkey.
Some pet owners like sharing the turkey bones with their dogs. However, they are not aware that
the share is not good for pets because the bones are small and may cause choking hazard. The best
share is giving some bones can be chewed and eaten.
