                               CORRIGENDUM

      Construction of a Riverine Multipurpose Jetty in the upstream of 3rd
      Oil Jetty alongwith all required backup facilities on Design, Build,
      Finance, Operate, Transfer (the “DBFOT”) basis.

       Reference Request for Qualification (RFQ) document bearing no.
No.Ad/0038/PPP/RJ1/ 6458 Dt. February 19, 2010. The following corrections in
few of the clauses of the RFQ Document have been made which may please be
noted for submission of application by the intending applicants:-

   1. Clause 2.2.2 (A), the penultimate paragraph at page no. 15 shall read as
      follows :

      Such that the sum total of the above is more than Rs. 538 crore (Rs. Five
      hundred and thirty eight crores) [the “Threshold Technical
      Capability”].

   2. Clause 2.8 Invitation of Qualification at page no. 22 shall read as follows :

      Invitation for Qualification
      Section 1           Introduction
      Section 2           Instructions to Applicants
      Section 3           Criteria for Evaluation
      Section 4           Fraud & Corrupt Practices
      Section 5           Pre Application Conference
      Section 6           Miscellaneous

   3. Clause 3.5.2 at page no. 32 shall read as follows :

      “3.5.2 The Applicants shall then be ranked on the basis of their respective
             Aggregate Experience Scores and short-listed for submission of
             Bids.”

   4. Appendix – I, paragraph 6 at page no. 37 shall read as follows :

      6.    I / We certify that in the last three years, we / any of the Consortium
      Members have neither failed to perform on any contract, as evidenced by
      imposition of a penalty by an arbitral or judicial authority or a judicial
   pronouncement or arbitration award, nor been expelled from any project or
   contract by any public authority nor have had any contract terminated by
   any public authority for breach on our part.

5. Appendix – I, paragraph 10 at page no. 37 shall read as follows :

   10.    I / We declare that we / any Member of the Consortium, our / its
   Associates are not a Member of a / any other Consortium applying for pre-
   qualification.

6. Appendix – I, paragraph 21 at page no. 39 shall read as follows :

   21. I / We certify that in terms of the RFQ, my / our Net worth is Rs.
   ………………….. (Rs. in words) and the Aggregate Experience Score is
   …………………….. (number in words).

7. Appendix – I, Annex – I, paragraph 7 at page no. 42 shall read as follows :

   7.     A statement by the Applicant and each of the Members of its
   Consortium (where applicable) or any of their associates disclosing
   material non-performance or contractual non-compliance in past projects,
   contractual disputes and litigation / arbitration in the recent past is given
   below (Attach extra sheets, if necessary):

8. The table under Appendix – I, Annex – IV at page no. 48 shall read as
   follows :
