On page 3 of the proforma, please put the following

Transition Point One
Make 2 copies of pages 2 and 3 of the proforma,
one copy for you and one for your Academic Tutor.
You will be given a CEDP folder in May
Your academic tutor will sign to confirm that your
transition point one discussion took place on the
page in the folder when you meet for the final time.

Transition Point Two
This will be undertaken in discussion with
your induction tutor approx half a term
after you begin teaching.
Transition Point Three
This will occur as you come to the end of
your first year of teaching.
Once it is completed you will no longer
be an NQT, but a ‘Qualified Teacher’.
