can help your skin stay healthy and young looking.

period of time, use a sunscreen with a high SPF. Use a sunscreen designed specifically for the
delicate skin on your face and wash it off as soon as you are out of the sun. For day to day use, apply
a moisturizer and foundation that has a low SPF. Most visible signs of aging are produced by free
radicals from sun exposure.

Smoking cigarettes also creates free radicals that often lead to sign of premature aging. Fine lines
and wrinkle become deeper and more noticeable. Cigarette smoking also affects the skin by robbing
your body of proper hydration.

Hot water is extremely drying to your skin and your hair. Use lukewarm water for baths and showers.

try applying baby oil to your body, but not your face, before a shower.

make-up and every evening before going to bed. Never go to sleep without cleaning and moisturizing
your face.

A healthy diet is key to having healthy skin. Fruits and vegetables provide a wide variety of minerals,
vitamins and the antioxidants responsible for fighting the effects of free radicals. Antioxidants also
provide your body with the ability to repair damaged tissue at the cellular level. Consume an
adequate amount of water to keep your body well hydrated.

Get some exercise or learn valuable relaxation techniques to relieve stress. Some people find that a
daily jog around the neighborhood clears their heads and relieves tension. Other people find that
meditation and yoga help them deal with stress. Try a few different methods for stress relief to see
