Broadband Access
A broadband router will be fed into the property and this will mean that wireless
broadband is available in every room in the house free of charge 24 hours a day.
We can supply you with the number of a local computer technician who can
connect your own PC or laptop to the wireless network. The cost for this service is
estimated to be about £50-£60 and would be at your own expense.


Deposit & Contract
The standard deposit terms are as follows:

   •   6 weeks security deposit (refundable providing room left in good order) held
       in the new government Tenancy Deposit Scheme
   •   1 months rental in advance
   •   Signed 6 months Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) agreement – following
       which it will be renewed and run on a month to month basis with one months
       notice required to terminate the contract.
   •   Rent will be collected monthly by standing order from the Tenants bank
       account

All tenants will be required to provide information for the following references:

   •   an employers reference
   •   a bank reference / 3 months bank statements
   •   a current / previous landlords reference
