									The SKF Group IT organisation consists of Application Management, Infrastructure
Management, Business Relationship Management supported by Finance, Human
Relations, our Programme Management Office and the Strategy and Architecture
function and it is a global organisation. We have presence in Americas, Europe and Asia.
We have strong ambitions to augment the local and global teams in all these geographies
as we endeavour to deploy the best strategic IT support for the SKF organisation. SKF

                IT Senior Project Managers
Key responsibilities:

      Delivery responsibility for IT transformation projects according to the agreed
       objectives, budget and time frame to fully satisfy the customer.
      Identify resources in SKF and at external suppliers to create the required project
       teams, define necessary tasks and assign responsibilities within the project.
      Control and monitor quality, progress and performance of the project.
      Manage the communication with all the project stakeholders in SKF and outside.
      Participate in the development of strategies and design of solutions in accordance
       with SKF’s Enterprise Architecture.
      Prepare and agree the maintenance, support and operations of the new systems
       until they are ready to be handed over to Application or Infrastructure
       Management.

Your profile:

      BS in Systems Analysis, Business Administration or equivalent degree.
      Certified Project Management skills (e.g. PMP) and min 8 years experience in IT
       consulting, systems integration, business or IT role.
      Contractual skills to organise subcontractors.
      Financial familiarity for budget risk management.
      Good knowledge of IT systems designing and maintenance.
      Good knowledge of SKF’s business, existing IT environment is a merit.
      High communication skills, being able to influence and interact at different levels.
      Proven success in coaching, leading, motivating and developing team members.
      High level of drive and commitment with leadership skill to arouse action,
       progress, and change.
      Fluent in English writing and speaking.
      Willingness to travel and to work in an international environment.

The position will be located in Gothenburg (local contract).

The position reports to Göran Ljungdahl, Manager Programme Office & Deputy CIO,
Group IT.
