					To,

The Director (Academic),

The Central Board of Secondary Education – CBSE,

New Delhi – 110002.

Subject: Appeal against half backed and incomplete information.

Greetings,

Kindly refer to the information supplied through F.RTI:PIO(Acad):2012(CASE.No.6090) dated May 17,
2012 but incomplete and half backed information was supplied, where as wild animal specimens
circular no. 72 /10 was issued on November 9, 2010 Discontinue the use of rare /endangered wild
animals in laboratories of schools but the Ministry of Environment and Forest (Govt. of India) issued
the declaration of Wild Life Stock Rules, 2003 on April 18, 2003 and same was not
implemented in time nor any wild animal trophies or article were declared by the CBSE
affiliated Schools before the competent authorities, till today many Schools may have the
ban wild animal specimens in their lab and many Schools were caught red handed in
Chandigarh / Delhi etc., where as CBSE Regional Officer at Panchkula defended the
offenders instead of recommending the termination of the affiliation. My question is how,
when and why CBSE affiliated Schools procured the scheduled wild animal specimens
and from where they have purchased the ban articles, trophies and who supplied them
under which authority? So reply at S.No 1 is incomplete and unsatisfactory.

At S.N. 2: There are no relevant record is maintained by the CBSE, how and why?, like
wise replied in S.N. 3, 4 and 5 which are unsatisfactory, where as 4 and 5 are left blank.

So as per provisions I here by appeal against the incomplete and half backed reply and
humbly requested to supply me the complete information along with the all relevant
circulars / orders issued by the CBSE about animal specimens to all affiliated Schools
since beginning to till date.

Sincerely yours,
