Plionetics Group, Inc. 1991 to 2005 In 1991 I was recruited to the position of Tax and Finance Manager by PGI, a $30 million Silicon Valley based high technology and manufacturing company. Through the ensuing nine years, revenues grew to $1 billion and in 1998 KGI was acquired by U.S. Bionetics Corporation, a $3 billion diversified multinational. Appointed Vice President Tax and Treasury in 1994, I was promoted to the position of Senior Vice President in 1996 and appointed Chief Financial Officer in 1998.
