Operation &
                  Another aspect of TSB is that it is also responsible for

                  the application of ITU-T Recommendations on
                  Operation and Numbering issues, and to make known
                  these Recommendations to Administrations and
                  Telecom Operators:


              •   Collects and Disseminates Information
              •   Publishes the Operational Bulletin
              •   Maintain an ITU-T website on numbering
              •   Assigns Codes and Numbers
              •   Acts as Registrar for Global Numbers
