PROPERTY RENTAL FORM FOR GIRL SCOUT of EASTERN MASSACHUSETTS MEMBERS

January – mid-June November 15th 9 AM
mid-August - December April 15th 9 AM
ALL Forms received by Opening Day in the Boston Office will be processed first,
after Opening Day forms are processed as received.
Follow these steps to rent a campsite:
1. FAX (617-350-5246) with credit card or MAIL completed form with payment at least 2 weeks prior to
your camping date to Girl Scouts Eastern Massachusetts, 95 Berkeley St., Boston, MA 02116 Attn: Diane.
2. Submit full payment for sites (Check or Credit Card) plus Credit Card information or separate refundable damage
deposit check for $25.00 per site, max $100.00. Cards are not charged and checks are returned provided no
damage occurs. Submit copies of applicable certifications (i.e. First Aid/CPR, Lifeguard, Boating, etc.) if not on file
with Girl Scouts of Eastern of Massachusetts, Inc.
3. Troop Cancellation: Written notice of cancellation must be received 4 weeks prior to your date to receive a refund.
4. Encampments Only: Submit ½ of the total site fees of 1st choice site plus credit card information or check for
damage deposit. ($25.00 per site - $100.00 max). Balance of Encampment fees and/or cancelled sites due 6 weeks
prior to encampment date. List individual site names (attach additional sheet if needed) and list Troop Camper and
First Aid person for the encampment. Submit copies of applicable certifications (i.e. First Aid/CPR, Lifeguard, Boating,
etc.) if not on file with Girl Scouts Eastern of Massachusetts, Inc.
