application, feel free to contact us at Adoption@ParrotsAsPetsRescue.com.

NOTE: Applying for any bird’s adoption, is no guarantee that you will get that bird.
No bird will be held without a deposit, regardless of if your application came in first.
Placing a deposit on a bird, along with your application for adoption of that bird, will
place the bird on hold until we can schedule your home inspection. Once you pass
the home inspection, you will then be able to pay off, and adopt the bird.

Deposits will not be refunded if you fail your home inspection.

A deposit must be at least 50% of a birds adoption fee for small birds, and at
least $200.00 for any medium, large or extra large bird.
Deposits should be made through our Donations/Adoption Fee Payment Page
Of The Website. Or you can PayPal the payment directly to
Adoption@ParrotsAsPetsRescue.com .

No birds adopted through Parrots As Pets will be allowed to be put into a breeding
situation.

Parrots As Pets Rescue is in no way to be held liable for any adoption that does not
work out with the adoptive family for any reason. You must understand and agree
that you may be adopting a bird with possible behavioral issues, medical issues,
loud screaming, or other situations that are beyond our control, and that we may
have been unaware of. Parrots can also develop issues that they did not have prior
to adoption, that we will not be held responsible for either. If for any reason, the
adoption does not work out for ANY reason, you MUST return the bird to Parrots As
Pets Rescue.

The parrot CANNOT be adopted out to anyone else, sold, given away or in any other
means, transferred/ re-homed, other than to be relinquished back to Parrots As Pets
Rescue. No Adoption fees will be refunded for any reason.
I agree to all the above:
