									                                      SEPARATION AGREEMENT
                                            Schedule A

Jerad Seguin, hereinafter referred to as "Common-Law Husband," and Candice Thompson, hereinafter
referred to as "Common-Law Wife," hereby agree to the following:

A. Preliminary Matters

1. Common-Law Husband and Common-Law Wife were considered married by definition of law December
12, 2001 in the Province of B.C. and the country of Canada. Because certain problems have developed
between Common-Law Husband and Common-Law Wife, they decided to live separately and apart, and are
now dissolving their financial and personal matters subject to the terms and conditions as set forth below.

2. Common-Law Husband and Common-Law Wife have made a complete, fair, and accurate disclosure to
each other of all financial matters affecting this agreement.

3. Common-Law Husband and Common-Law Wife have each been advised and counseled by attorneys of
their choosing regarding their legal rights as related to this agreement if they so chose.

4. This agreement is intended to be a final disposition of the matters addressed herein and may be used as
evidence and incorporated into a final decree dissolution or dispute in a court of law.

5. Should a dispute arise regarding the enforcement of this agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to
his or her reasonable costs and attorney's fees.

B. Custody and Visitation

The following children will reside jointly with Common-Law Husband and Common-Law Wife:

Marcus Gordon Seguin


Custody will be shared according to the following schedule:

Marcus Gordon Seguin will reside with his mother, Candice Thompson all days excluding those with his
father, Jerad Seguin: Tuesdays overnight, Thursdays overnight, and every second weekend from Friday
afternoon until Sunday before dinner.
Marcus Gordon Seguin will reside with both parents on a weekly rotation switching every Wednesday.



C. Child Support

Will be determined at a later date.
E. Homestead

Common-Law Wife will remain in the family home, and gain full ownership, located at 206-45504 McIntosh
Drive, Chilliwack B.C. V2P 7Y8. Strata Lot 19, Plan LMS954, District Lot 27/114, New Westminister Group
2 Land District.

Common-Law Husbands’s new address has yet to be determined. It is agreed upon that Jerad Seguin will
leave and remove belongings from the homestead by December 1, 2006.

Common-Law Husband agrees to sell the homestead to Common-Law Wife for the amount of $20,000.
Common-Law Husband agrees to be removed from land title, mortgage residing at Envision Financial Credit
Union account 1386010, and all other legally binding ownerships of this property.




The expenses relating to the family home will be paid by the parties as follows:

F. Other Debt & Expense Payments

Common-Law Husband agrees to pay the following debts and expenses and will not hold Common-Law
Wife responsible for the same:

$2,982.18 for personal loan held at Envision Financial Credit Union held in both names, in account 1386010.

$1,000 in to the RESP of Marcus Gordon Seguin RESP# 7058237 held at Envision Financial Credit Union.

Half of all conveyance fees and related expenses due to separation.

Any and all credit cards in the name of Common-Law Husband, Jerad Seguin.




Common-Law Wife agrees to pay the following debts and expenses and will not hold Common-Law
Husband responsible for the same:

Half of all conveyance fees and related expenses due to separation.

Any and all credit cards in the name of Common-Law Wife, Candice Thompson.


Common-Law Husband agrees to gift the family vehicle to Common-Law Wife. Ownership will be transferred
to Common-Law Wife no later then December 7, 2006.

Common-Law Wife agrees to remove Common-Law Husband from any loans pertaining to the family
vehicle, specifically car loan with GMAC Canada not later then December 7, 2006. Common-Law Husband
will no longer be responsible for car payments, or insurance, or have privileges to the vehicle as of
December 7, 2006.
Neither Common-Law Husband nor Common-Law Wife may incur any additional debt that may result in joint
liability. Any debt incurred by either party subsequent to this date will be the sole responsibility of that party.



G. Personal Property

The personal property of the parties will be divided as follows:

H. Insurance

Common-Law Husband will maintain medical and dental insurance provided by employment for the benefit
