                                                         8th Grade Memory Quilt
It’s as comfy as your favorite t-shirt! That’s easy to do when a quilt is made from a school career of t-shirts. From that first little tee in
Kindergarten to the “when-did-you-grow-so-much?” shirt in middle school, this quilt is a patchwork commemorating all the fun events
your child has enjoyed at St. Cecilia. A class photo is centered on the quilt surrounded by hand embroidered names by each student.
Even after your child leaves, coming home to St. Cecilia will be as comfortable as that old tee. Opening Bid: $2,000
                                                               “Joy to the World”
                                                                  DJ for a Day
“I heard it on the radio…” That’s right, it’s your kid that I heard! Let your child experience the inside workings of the DJ’s booth from the
Sunny 99.1 broadcasting booth. He or she will host their own Sunday morning radio show which will be broadcast live, nationwide on
iHeartradio. The week prior to airing, your child will spend about an hour at Sunny 99.1 to set up in the voice tracking studio and record
the interview which will be aired on the web and will also appear and be promoted on Dana Tyson’s morning show. On the big day,
your DJ-in-the-making will spend 90 minutes commenting between songs and selecting the playlist. Top it all off with a photo of junior
DJ front and center on during the show. Now that’s a way to start a career! Opening Bid: $1,500

                                                            A Pup called “Penny Lane”
She protects and serves, is clever and willing to please, loves family life, long walks (on the beach) or anywhere, a game of Frisbee,
and a good bird hunt. In a word, this 20-week-old German Shorthaired Pointer will be a happy-go-lucky addition to your family. This
spirited, loveable, faithful little pooch will be a hit with the kids. Now, a fine pup like this should never be left out in the rain! She’ll enjoy
a custom abode creatively fashioned like the storefront of the American coffee-phenom, Starbucks. You know she’ll be eager to fetch
the paper now! And as a bonus, Penny Lane is fully vaccinated and currently attending “charm school” to learn the finer points of
housetraining. What she does in her own custom dog house, which is also included, is her “business,” but there won’t be any funny
business in your house! Opening Bid: $1,200

                                                          Principal for the Day
Who will overthrow the Establishment as Principal for the Day? An “American Woman?” Or “A Boy Named Sue?” The lucky winner
will have a “behind the scenes look” at the making of a school day. He or she will welcome students to school and guide them through
their day with the help of Dr. Everling. It promises to be a busy day with meetings, a working lunch with Dr. Everling, and visiting with
teachers. So, “have your people call my people” or just raise that bid paddle high! Principal for the Day will receive a commemorative
plaque and picture in the yearbook. More than one child? No prob; this job is big enough to share. Opening Bid: $1,500

                                                            Reading Time
This year's PreK 4 Auction Project is a beautiful bookcase with doors that open to the sides and two bottom drawers. The bookcase is
dark brown with a semi-gloss coating and internal lighting that can be dimmed. The most beautiful part of the piece is that the
background is composed of decoupage leaves that the children of PreK 4 created and were incorporated into a fairytale beanstalk by
the artistic hand of PreK 4 mom Maggie Been. Within it you will find that the shelves are filled with classic children's books for different
ages, with titles that range from Mother Goose to Harry Potter, and a First Bible to a Leapfrog Tag Reading System. All the books have
been donated by the children and teachers of PK4. There is no doubt that this bookcase will be enjoyed by many members of the family
for years to come. Opening bid: $300

                                                                 1st Grade
                                                               In the Garden
Our 1st graders have created this beautifully tiled St. Francis bench that will grace the garden of the lucky bidder. Each child and
teacher in 1st grade painted an animal on a tile with a tile of St. Francis in the middle. Your family will enjoy the fruits of their labors in
your garden or yard for years to come. Opening bid: $200

                                                              2nd Grade
                                                           Letters to God:
This beautifully bound book is a wonderful remembrance of your child's 2nd Grade journey to their Sacrament of the Eucharist. It is a
compilation of each 2nd graders' Letter to God along with their interpretive drawing. Accompanying their letter is a photo of each child.
There are also letters and drawings from our teachers, administrators, and Fathers John, Carlos and Victor. Opening bid: $150

                                                            Reverent Kneeler:
This one of a kind kneeler will be a beautiful addition to your home and something your children will grow up with. The kneeler is an
antique mahogany chair from a church in France. A gorgeous cross is carved out of the wood of the back of the chair and the fabric is
adorned with a painting of a rosary, complete with silver crosses, from each child and the 2nd grade teachers. The seat of the kneeler
is monogrammed with our School inscription and year, and the elbow rest with the inscription "I N R I". You don't want to miss this
one!!! Opening bid: $200

                                                                 Third Grade
                                                             Pretty as a Picture
You will want to take one or both of these two 12x18 photos home for your collection. Our photographers have captured our sweet
third-graders and the spirit of St. Cecilia in these precious pictures. In the first, the children are in the formation of a Peace symbol. In
the second, they are in the formation of a Cross. The photos are matted & framed and are sold separately. Opening bid: $150

                                                            Fourth Grade
                                                Checkmate designed by classmates!
You need not be a chess master to covet this original Chess and Checker Set. Each chess piece has been uniquely crafted by the
children from pottery clay. Our 4th graders have made their own version of the King, Queen, rooks, knights, bishops, and pawns. This
is a wonderful addition to your family game room or a great opportunity for your 4th grader to learn one of the world’s most popular
games designed by their classmates! Opening bid: $150

                                                                Fifth Grade
                                                            Cross Our Hearts
This is a true gem! An updated look at gothic-style architecture is interpreted through various design elements throughout the piece.
An elevated glass top protects individual crosses which represent each fifth grade child. Representations of the Father, Blessed Mother
and Holy Spirit adorn gothic-like perforated fretwork, and blind arcade-inspired carvings at the base combine to make this a one-of-a-
kind addition to your home in the foyer, hallway or as a sofa table. Opening bid: $200

                                                      Texas Horseshoes
This custom washer game set was crafted by a 6th grade dad with an Indian head mascot, SCCS logo, and each child’s name wood-
burned along the perimeter of the board and stained. With the game come two sports spectator chairs embroidered with the school
logo. Opening bid: $150

Your teenager will love cozying up in this bean bag with quilted slip cover that each student decorated in the Peace, Love, St. Cecilia
theme. It's pretty groovy! Opening bid: $150
