Agreement that the site shall be used as a site for Travelling People as part of a
private/public partnership between the owners and the Council. The owners agree to
participate full in the management of the site and within one month of completion to enter
into with the Council the Management Agreement.
The site shall operate at a maximum capacity at any one time of 30 caravans and
associated vehicles, comprising no more than 24 caravans and associated vehicles on
the area. In the event of the Owners selling the site or ceasing to able through age or
