In response to Vice President, Mr. Joe Biden, email correspondence, Here’s the deal:

No, here’s the deal. US HUD and the Department of Treasury continues to enable Bank of America/Fannie Mae to
arbitrarily ruin peoples pristine credit rating to steal their homes. As you know, it happened to me and it is happening to
my daughter and several friends with Countrywide/BofA mortgages. STOP THESE MORTGAGE CROOKS! The result
of housing officials turning a blind eye on this fraudulent mortgage lending practice is instant poverty. Fannie Mae will re-
sell my condo home without disclosure of the bankrupt and dilapidated current conditions of the property and Home
Owner Association to improve their bad debt ratio, literally torturing the rightful Owner/Borrower, Joanne Perkins, and
dumping her in the street for their own personal gain.

Concerns for 2 million middle-class families and extended unemployment benefits is a pathetic display of leadership given
the circumstances. Because I have been a sole proprietor for the last 40 years, I do not qualify for unemployment
benefits, as an example of irrelevant focus and redundant blame-game politics.

We have housing authorities, real estate laws and procedures in place. Enforcements and prosecution for restitution is
imperative. I have been contacting you since 12/2009 with details of the BofA/Fannie Mae extortion. It is posted on
www.godcallingearth.com if this Administration has forgotten the brutalizing business practices of corrupt mortgage
lenders and the adverse impacts it has on US citizens. That’s the deal. jp

Whatever documents WikiLeaks found could only hint at the reality of the horrific financial damages BAC deliberately and
maliciously inflicted on this A+ mortgage borrower. If I can be heard, the documentation that clearly defines the BAC
criminal actions against me. In Nov. 2009, without notice BAC reported to credit agencies that they
Repossessed/foreclosed on my condo home - a bogus stunt that cripple me financially. At that time I was in the middle of
the BAC trial payment hoax, including the zero collateral value of the condo Home Owners Association. Yes, a bad debt
loan; collateral value is key, not my ability to pay. Paid as agreed since purchase in 2000. BAC stole my property instead
of addressing the hazardous CID property. Riverside CA local housing authorities declined involvement so the bankrupt
HOA continues to crumble. The unchecked HOA crime continues. (BAC will sell my condo home as an REO to some
unsuspecting buyer - Fannie Maes special financing programs undoubtedly supporting the scam.)

Meanwhile BAC kept two of my trial payments and returned the final payment that was received on Nov. 29, due Dec.1st
2009. This took my pristine credit rating of 816 to 560 overnight. Instantly my credit card available credit limits were
decreased to the current balances. I did not learn of the bogus BAC repossession/foreclosure until Jan. 2010. I received
a call from HUD Washington DC on Jan. 28, after seeking assistance from the financial beating. Mr. Norman Jezzeny
assured me of a meeting with Brian Moyihan, CEO of BAC, to resolve the travesty. Mr. Jezzeny failed to follow through.
BAC foreclosed again in March 2010 and took possession on Oct.1st 2010. The consequences are devastating.

Restitution is imperative. A like property (2 bedroom, 2 bath in a good location of So. CA), money to overcome loss of my
pristine credit, and CA Notary Public work to generate an income for myself. These are the things BAC stole from me. A
lifetime of accomplishments, ripped apart by corrupt people refusing to address reality. WikiLeaks has vital information.
It is what it is, consequences of poor behaviors that requires justice, restitution and better checks and balances in the
future. Your immediate attention is required. jp

For clarification, I have published my White House Contact correspondence online, with a brief explanation of this national
affordable housing travesty. www.godcallingearth.com I am expecting to hear from Donna Steinberg with BofA
Regulatory Relations this week regarding RESPA violations and the BofA letter I received last week. I say I am expecting
this only because Donna said she would review my mortgage file and contact me this week. However, Bank of America
has proven itself a corrupt and fraudulent organization and has continually misused the word customer advocate. Given
the circumstances, publishing the turn of events seems worthwhile. jp

affordable health care I just received. The content was stating that US Gov. declined involvement and indemnification
privileges without accountability is what has caused cancers. Affordable health care is not a solution; it is salt in the

So, what is it going to be? I see three options for Joanne Perkins’ dilemma. 1) Send out Geithner’s Goons to terminate me
immediately. 2) Send out an auditor to review the Countrywide/Bank of America extortion crimes and force immediate
restitution. 3) Provide a local address that will feed and house me for the next 20 years.

Option #1 is cost effective and would be merciful, given the circumstances. Option #2 is also cost effective and would
restore my sustainable financial future. Option #3 could be a refugee camp or prison, however, from what I understand
neither is cost effective and given my style, the odds are I would be released on good behavior. Then what?

So, what is it going to be?

A Town Hall meeting today, with a Q&A moment with the President? Announced with Timothy Geithner, a ruthless and
impetuous economist, banker, and civil extortionist at your side. Please understand that today’s action is a travesty; a US
embarrassment that can not be rescinded, given the Financial Services Committee hearings broadcasted and archived.
More psychological hype and spin coming from the White House is weak and a counter-productive move for restoration.

Meanwhile, reality persists and the dedicated citizens remain victims, oppressed by a decade of unchecked economic
fraud. Living in constant fear; alive, yet no viable tools or government agencies willing to review or investigate the crimes.
I can not sustain myself without the expected and necessary tools of a democratic society. Anarchy is not working and
yet, there is a tomorrow.

Every day, there is a tomorrow and I do not have a sustainable future anymore. Timothy Geithner and his gang of thieves
stole it, without an opportunity for recourse. Who, at your perceived Average Jo Town Hall meeting today, would have the
courage or the experiences to address these very real issues? I believed you, except what you have said turned out to
be unproductive staged and scripted performances. What is an old woman to do?

I have no shelter, no job, no gas for my old car - that requires new tires and insurance to be driven legally, no friends or
family in a financial position to assist and my survival needs are mounting. Two of my 3 abscessed teeth will fall out soon;
my heart pain is growing, my corrective eyeglass lenses have failed, the cramps in my legs and feet is debilitating and I
can not buy calcium to remedy the problem.

I do not deserve this; I have worked very hard not to be in this circumstance at 57 years old! US Citizens do not deserve
this and yet millions of illegal aliens and their anchor babies continue to drain this countries limited resources. What is up
with that, and the fraudulent behaviors of our government? jp

RE: Your Riverside Public Utilities Online Statement

Riverside Public Utilities, HUD and US Leaders,

Again, I have no money to pay for utilities and apparently the Community Action utility charity funding is long gone. Fannie
Mae has claimed ownership of my home for no apparent reason. The Riverside Sheriff will be dragging me out of it any
day now. I live in constant fear and God only knows when it will end. My scholarships and Pell Grant were not funded
because RCC has unexpected and unprecedented enrollment. Translated into reality; getting classes at Riverside City
College for the 12 units I needed for funding and survival was impossible. Additionally, wrestling with Fannie Mae single
handedly is pointless, as well as brutal. Basically, paying my utility bills is impossible at this time and I do not see any
changes, despite considerable efforts. Good luck to all of us. jp

The California DRE Financial Literacy Outreach Program infers that CA homeowners have been to stupid to make viable
real estate purchase decisions. It also reeks of the DRE and CAR Realtor hype and spin; re-sale processes executed at
the due diligence level of a monkey. In reality, the California DRE Financial Literacy Outreach Program is an ugly
disclaimer for the corrupt California real estate experts and their Condition Disclosure obligations.

The CAR / NAR scams have been exposed, based on the crippled residential housing results. The corrupt mortgage
lending industry is recycling peoples homes to improve our US economy in crisis. HUD and the Department of Treasury
have encouraged and endorsed the mortgage lenders illegal and unethical recycling of homes, without regard or
provisions for the borrower that exercised concise financial sense to white picket fence.

It is good to know that the White House is reading the information I have shared. However, having a Suicide Hotline
volunteer call me for emotional support is redundant. Ashley just called me from (310)945-3686. She listened to my
experiences and was sorry for the hardships caused by the unchecked economic fraud that crushed my sustainable
financial future. That’s it, nothing more. She would not document anything; apparently she was simply confirming that
suicide is NOT an option. What is the point of putting my name on a suicide watch list? As you know, I need
authoritative intervention against Bank of America and Fannie Mae, the corrupt mortgage lending creeps. Given the
circumstances, Ashley offering emotional support is liken to water torture or pounding your fist in my face a few dozen
times.

Whatever this Democrat/Republican rival thing is has got to stop. Neither party has anything to be boasting about and
clearly neither one is capable of resolving these extraordinary times single handedly.

Example: I was hired on Thursday by Academic Tutoring Services to recruit children for tutoring for the 2010 revised No
Child Left Behind Act. What a scam! It was indicated that I would work 2-3 hours, three days a week, for $12 an hour.
Clearly not a windfall but something, right? Wrong!!! I filled out the W-9, I was trained and then learned that the program
is not being serviced and is totally non-functional. Suddenly pathetic part time job isn’t a job at all, except the completed
W-9 indicates that I am employed. The pretend employment tricks are not improving anything and frankly I can not be
worse off financially, despite my able body and a life time of diligent efforts to be an asset to society.

Please, reality has no room for Democrat/Republican rivalry. US leadership titles and positions have responsibilities that
require immediate action. How they are registered and if they win or lose the next election is irrelevant. Peoples lives
need to be restored, myself included.

Riverside City College and US Decision Makers,

In January 2009, I committed to a federally funded education as a last resort in desperate financial times. Doing well for
scholarships to subsidize the federal educational funding was imperative. Despite the repulsive content of text books and
oppression, I played the game to accomplish the goals as a means to survive. Unprecedented and unpredicted
enrollment has not changed my needs for survival.

In January 2010, the US HUD Washington DC contacted me to resolve the terrorizing actions of Bank of America against
me, my pristine credit rating, and my owner occupied condo home in Riverside CA. The weather changed and by
February 2010 the HUD housing resolve vaporized, similar to the scholarships and educational federal funding.

In March 2010, Fannie Mae took Title of my owner occupied condo home. By July 2010, the CA Superior Court system
gave Fannie Mae authorization to the Riverside County Sheriffs Department to physically evict me from the condo. To
date, not one person or authoritative entity has been willing to listen, respond or review these utterly amazing
circumstances or provide assistance.

On August 7, 2010, I applied for food stamps because I am starving to death, literally. The scholarships and Pell Grant
disqualified me for food assistance. The unprecedented and unpredicted enrollment disqualified me for the scholarships I
earned and the Pell Grant.

There are no Welfare programs for 57 year old women in Riverside County. I have been on the Riverside County
Housing Authorities wait list since 2009 for shelter arrangements. Twice, myself and 450 other people received notice of
housing availability in 2010. Both times two (2) units were available. Yes, 2 rooms were available and 450 people were
offered shelter. Ironically, the rooms available required proof of physical disabilities or HIV Positive to apply.

Do you have any suggestions? By the power and authority of Jesus Christ, suicide is not an option. If extermination of
the female Baby Boomer generation is the US Governments resolve, do it now. The extended cruel and unusual
punishments, for no apparent reason, is inhumane. jp

PSS: Another Civil Case Report entry from 8/17/2010 showed up on my Civil Case Report today, after the travesty
Summary Judgment Hearing held at 1:00 in MV1. Apparently, at 8:30am on 8/17/2010 in the Moreno Valley Dept.
MVDST, FANNIE MAE and the CA Superior Court, County of Riverside decided to vaporize the records of my case, along
with me, the Defendant, Joanne Perkins? It entry reads: DATE TO SET OSC RE DESTRUCTION OF FILE
(JUDGEMENT). I was not informed of the proceeding, if and when it happened, and I am seeing the Destruction of File
Judgment for the first time just now.
Diane Garcia, the Director of the Inland Counties free legal service called me on Tuesday (8/17 @ 5:14pm), denying that

her staff set me up with the a Quiet Silent Title appointment, although I filled out the appropriate paperwork and have the
appointment card with Garcias name and Quiet Silent Title written on the Appointment Card. She went off about being in
charge, her staff disobeyed her office policies, and I am denied service. I suggested that she take up her office
procedures up with her staff, pointing out that her staff put the papers in my hands. I reminded her that she cancelled the
appointment, twice by phone and once by USPO mail. Frankly, I still do not know what a Quiet Silent Title is but
apparently it has something to do with what transpired with Countrywide, BAC and Bank of America Home Loans did

the Moreno Valley Courthouse, was written by the Plaintiff on 8/15, served on 8/16 and received by UPS on 8/17. I
watched and printed the real-time Civil Case Report on Tuesday, 8/17, and Wednesday morning, 8/18. The Plaintiff had
not filed the slanderous Pleading.

I, Joanne Perkins, the Defendant, had concerns that the ugly and demeaning content of the document and the legal
intimidation and unethical tactics of Fannie Mae would not be considered at the Summary Judgment. Given the terrifying
circumstances, on 8/18 I filed a Reply, in opposition to the Plaintiffs actions, using the defaming document and Proof of
Service as EXHIBIT A. By 2:30pm on Wed. 8/18, my Civil Case Report showed that the Plaintiffs slanderous Pleading
was filed the on the previous day, 8/17. The alteration to my civil case records was done manually. The CA Superior

Mr. David Axelrod,

If the State and National Unemployment Rates have been based on the number of people receiving unemployment
benefits, I say thumbs down and I am a Democrat. Please consider, even before we could pronounce Barack Obama and
President Bush was silent about the nations economic crisis, myself and millions of other hard working sole proprietors
were just scrapping by financially. Now we know the slow to no business spiral was because of the corrupt lending
industry, however sole proprietors are not eligible for unemployment benefits.

If I am understanding this correctly, there are 3.2 million fortunate people that may or may not lose their means for
survival, and procedural maneuvers are preventing a decision. Procedural maneuvers are not insurmountable; however
overcoming them requires confidence in what you are doing and a willingness to take aggressive action to defend your
position.

Example: CA Superior Court Riverside has a Code of Civil Procedures that has greatly impeded my ability to defend
myself. The trial by jury date is set for 7/27/2010. (FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION vs. JOANNE
PERKINS MVC10003965) The procedural maneuvers have been numerous. Two Sheriff Deputies needed to escort me
out of the County Clerks Office on Friday, but I came home with the stamped subpoenas’ I needed served. It was scary
but I have the willingness to challenge procedural maneuvers disrupting our countries justice system. Even setting a court
date was difficult. It did not take long to realized that CA Civil Procedures step all over the Average Jo citizen
expectations of Due Process.

Based on the arrogance of the County Court Supervisor, I am convinced that indemnification privileges for public servants
is being abused. I will return to the Courthouse on Monday morning, to file some Proof of Service forms and the
CORRECTION for the REJECTED DOCUMENT action the Supervisor issued on Friday. It will not be comfortable for me,
the Clerks or the Sheriff Deputies but I am confident that a SELF-REPRESENTED Defendant is allowed to file
documents, whether the County Court Supervisor agrees or not.

Speaking as Average Jo citizen, my prayers include redemption of confidence for our White House. The sooner the
better, in my humble opinion. I suggest decision makers use Joanne’s egregious housing circumstances at Canyon
Creek at Riverside Condominium Association, to expose the broken re-sale real estate system. A documentary, of sorts,
with daily updates of authoritative intervention housing recovery funds at work. Send out a HUD investigator that is up to
speed on Fannie Mae vs. Joanne Perkins and some kind of production crew. The adversity has been utterly amazing.

I believe US Citizens would be encouraged to watch a positive housing project unfold victoriously – right before their very
eyes. With funding and a talented restoration construction company, this condominium property could be transformed into
a sound, “Green” and maintenance efficient community with a sustainable future, in a few months. Six months on the
outside, with performance bonds in place. The project touches on everything. ie; economy, housing, environment, Fair
Housing, human rights and the ability to participate, accountability, volunteerism, power and authority.

In response to Fannie Mae Eviction-Unlawful Detainer, MVC10003965, I served and tried to filed form UD-150 to set a
trial by jury date. The County Clerks Office would not accept the filing, insisting that only the Plaintiff can request a trial
date. I insisted that the Defendant has been debased by the unwarranted eviction and I have the right to request a trial by
jury to defend myself and condo property. Again, the Clerk said no and suggested I get a consultation from a free legal
service in town. I did and the result is attached. Getting the information from the free legal service was extremely difficult.
The attachments will be served and filed today.

More to the point, the experience explains why this countries foreclosure rate is at an all time high and escalating. The
corrupt lending industry is evicting without cause and Owners are not given the opportunity to respond, defend, or seek
restitution without Fannie Mae permission, so to speak. jp

Riversides CA CID quagmire? Below, I have made some notes for the Court Form ud-105, Answer-Unlawful Detainer,

Landlord Tenant Eviction, aka: FannieMae/BAC exploiting a broken real
estate housing system, big time. Stealing my home and calling themselves a
landlord is an interesting tool for lending industry crooks!

I gave my mortgage lender notice of questionable common-area insurability
many times since purchase, and with evidence of the declined coverage, as
a Director of the Board in 2007-2009. (Owner occupied since purchase,
2000) I received yet another BAC/Countrywide/FannieMae Missing Certificate
of HOA Insurance audit letters in March or April 2009. My response, it
appears there is no coverage on our common-area claims due to
unsatisfactory maintenance; aka uninhabitable, preexisting conditions
escalated by a decade of deferred maintenance. No Reserves and no
budgeting for reserves is uninsurable, according to Andy Zag, Farmers
Insurance-Commercial Accounts, Regional VP, on 7/11/2007 at 10:50am. To
date, the ongoing economic fraud continues.

Jo, do not forget! Include the one from April 2009; I think the letterhead
on that insurance audit form letter has BAC and Countrywide. I did
respond, it may even be in the loan mod request packet. jp

Despite the compelling information I have provided, regarding Bank of America/Countrywide/FannieMae racketeering of
the personal hardship loan modification process, I was served a Unlawful Detainer-Eviction Summons at 4:00pm today.
(See Attachment) Apparently, I have five days to file a written response at the Riverside Superior Court and serve a copy
with the plaintiff, FannieMae. This needs to be a Federal Case to accomplish a viable sustainable future for residential
common interest developments, aka condos and townhomes. Perhaps forwarding this email to Glenn H. Wechsler will
help to define the circumstances? I will need to respond with a cross-complaint of some kind. It will include the important
issues that continue to get ignored.

There are more productive alternatives. Please reconsider dragging me through any more terrorizing trama. What
satisfaction comes to investors by squashing me like a bug for no apparent reason? I do not understand your motives. I

Furthermore, if anyone read my personal hardship loan modification request and financial resolve, you will find that I
purchased property that could sustain itself financially, if I was unable to earn an adequate income. My condo home has
been slated for foreclosure since Countrywide merged with Bank of America, which ended my ability to put a tenant in the

In May 2009, without realizing this BAC outrage would never end, I converted the dining area of my home into my

Regarding a recent e-mail response from the White House, titled Thank you for your message, suggesting that this
countries housing crisis has been addressed. No, it has not and the chaos is terrorizing! You have been busy, but so has
Fannie Mae/Bank of America/Countrywide. God only knows what Norman Jezzeny with HUD Washington DC is doing,
and advisors David Axelrod and Valerie Jarrett, but if they support this destructive HOPE scam for borrowers, the housing
crisis will rage on indeterminately.

As you know, BAC is determined to recycle my bankrupt and dilapidated condo home. I have shared my experiences,
with names, dates and recordings of how the creepy HOPE program functions. It is set up to financially crush the
borrower so corrupt lenders can steal their homes. That is the drill, the Making Homes Affordable program assisted this
homeowner to financial slaughter, without cause.

Another White House email came today, titled Meeting Another Great Challenge by David Axelrod, Senior Advisor to the
President. He stated, Government must be accountable for enforcing the law, businesses that seek unfair advantages
over competitors must be accountable for exploiting the system, and those who break the law must be accountable as
well. The Presidents advisor was addressing immigration, as if the concept of law enforcement has an exclusive niche.
Lawlessness has touched all areas of our economic crisis, with Riverside, CA corrupt local government leading the pack
of blind declined involvement! The government must enforce the laws for the citizens that value and respect the laws to
function. Documentation is available but so far, not one enforcement agency has been willing to investigate, not locally,
not the State Attorney Generals Office, not HUD and not the White House.

What part of this sounds like challenges are being met? I have been crushed, my sustainable financial future is gone.
Fannie Mae/Bank of America/Countrywide are crooks and the HUD Certified HOPE program are their accomplices in
crime.

Exactly, what do you expect? This is real life. Your staff has work to do. Pretending to meet great challenges and meeting

6/24/2010 Hearings shown on C-SPAN - House Mortgage Foreclosure Prevention Commission/status report??? Five
major mortgage banks testified to the Commission. Based on my experiences, what Barbara Desoer, CEO of Bank of
America, said Bank of America is doing for borrowers and what Bank of America is actually doing to borrowers are two
very different actions. After experiencing 3-4 unwarranted repossessions/foreclosures on my dilapidated little condo since
11/09, BofA claiming to be preventing foreclosures is an outrageous notion. It appears Bank of America owns the
Homeowners Preservation Foundation, orchestrated the Making Home Affordable 800-HOPE Hot Line, and enlisted
Danny Garcia-Valez, the HUD/Treasury Dept. Credit Counselor Coordinator into their hostile and completely unethical
schemes. Money Management International (MMI) specifically, executed the dirty deeds against me and my home. Bank
of America returned my third trial payment, due 12/1/2009, and repossessed/foreclosed without notice in Nov. 2009.

Again, clear and concise documentation of BAC’s blatant fraud against this borrower is available upon request.
Apparently, the House Mortgage Foreclosure Prevention Commission is encouraging the mortgage lending chaos.
Apparently, our countries leaders are encouraging the mortgage lending chaos or you would question contradictions of
facts I have presented.

What about me? I could have been the poster child of a fine and upstanding US Citizen, until 11/09, when BAC decided

Protecting Homeowners, Protecting Economy: Quotes "The Helping Families Save Their Homes Act expands on the
success of the Making Home Affordable Program first announced in February."

February 2009! I take exception to considering the Making Home Affordable program successful. The HUD Certified
Credit Counselors crippled me, both physically and financially, in September 2009. It appears; the Homeownership
Preservation Foundation is owned and operated by Bank of America/Countrywide. I remain a victim of, what presents as,
BAC/FannieMae infrastructure terrorism. It is more than I can endure, and yet here we are.

Please instruct your staff to help me as soon as possible. The Lord God Almighty has honored each of us with
extraordinary responsibilities. I vote we keep the faith. In God We Trust, with actions that supports the concept. Find the
path of rigorousness and press-on for Gods glory. Amen. aka: Doing the right thing has successful results, so proceed
with confidence.

If I am the exception to a successful program, I will need compensation for the devastating MMI/BAC mistakes and/or
collusion I experienced. Expanding the program means more of the same. Please understand, I am under attack and

US Leaders,

Norman Jezzeny, HUD Washington DC, called me on January 28, 2010 and committed to resolving my BAC housing
horror within a few days. It is June 9th, the insurmountable snow storm excuses has long since blown over. The odds are
one leaders salary over the last six months exceeds the totals of the bogus bad debt BAC created against me. Ironically,
my Student Pell Grant income disqualifies me for food stamps and yet not enough money to qualify for Section 8 housing
assistance. There are bad consequences of government agencies non-action and/or apparent indifference and/or
incompetence. (Attachments include totals for today - credit reporting, no food for Joanne, no housing for Joanne.)

My credit score was 816 when I applied for the personal hardship loan modification in 1/2009. I simply needed a few
months to get back on my feet financially, after the mortgage lending crisis ended my ability to earn a living as a loan
signing agent. What transpired since that time is reflected by the current status of my credit report.

The glaring benchmark of BAC bribes, kick-backs and collusion was in Oct. and Nov. 2009. The Bank of
America/Countrywide accomplices are Denise Ingalls and Robert Marchand with Money Management International,
Danny Valez-Garcia with Homeownership Preservation Foundation and apparently the US Treasury and HUD, the
government agencies that provided BAC with the tools to torture and extinguish Joanne Perkins.

The odds are I have another 20 years to live. I made my 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo purchase decision in 2000 to
accommodate a sustainable financial future for myself. Naturally, without housing authority intervention, the unchecked

BAC is not providing their staff with accurate data and the hideous consequences of mortgage lending subterfuge
continues. Bank of America/Countrywide has deliberately and maliciously crushed my pristine credit (816 FICO score)
and executed 2 unwarranted repossessions/foreclosures on my condo home, without cause. As of Friday May 21, 2010,
the four OOP Bank of America/Countrywide Customer Advocates assigned to my loan modification request dating back to
Feb. 2009, have not been allowed access to the lenders data or compile my mortgage file for review.

BAC Customer Advocate, Ashley Hanna sent a letter on March 29th saying my mortgage was in careful review. Despite
leaving numerous voice mails, I never heard from Ashley Hanna again. BofA’s Susan Seagraves called in April to say
Ashley Hanna is gone, and she is my Customer Advocate. I had not heard from Susan and made more inquiries.
Deseray Kruger called to say Ms. Seagraves wrote me a letter but she would not discuss anything because I was
recording the conversation for quality controls. I received the letter from Ms. Seagraves dated May 11th. Her letter
indicated that she believes I did not make my third trial payment that was due December 1st 2009, so my modification
request is denied. Except, I did make the third trial payment electronically on 11/24/2009. After providing BAC proof of
the transactions, Terri Alvardo and a Public Relations supervisor Charisse Anderson, were assigned my account. As of
Friday, they are unable to get my mortgage file or the BAC internal records needed for analysis. Additionally, I am being
sued in Riverside Courts on Friday for BAC’s delinquent HOA dues. (Case # MVS10001334).

Norman Jezzeny with US HUD and your White House Advisors have been kept informed, via my emails with the
attachment documentation. They remain silent and appear indifferent. Based on the continued physical and financial
beatings I have been forced to endure, no one is addressing the BAC monsters reeking havoc on this Riverside CA
condominium homeowner. Please address the urgent issue at hand. jp

A woman from West Coast Escrow called me yesterday. A Canyon Creek at Riverside Condo Association unit was sold
recently and she was wondering where to send the buyers $320, their 1st months HOA dues. She had contacted the
Weldon L. Brown Company but they declined involvement.

I asked Krisy with West Coast Escrow how she got my phone number. (Her phone number is 951-609-1210) She
indicated that she did an internet search on Canyon Creek at Riverside and found my sample web page that notes our
bankrupt and dilapidated physical conditions of this residential real estate investment from 2007.

I suggested that the escrow company disclose what she discovered and give the buyer back their 1st months dues,
pending the next Petix gangsters ponzi scheme. West Coast Escrow was not willing to tell the buyer that their real estate
investment tanked long before their recent purchase decision was made. It is easy to assume the seller did not disclosed
a negative collateral value on the CA Transfer Disclosure Statement. The odds are the re-sale transaction was a short
sale or REO. Because the due diligence level of CAR Realtors can equal a monkeys standard of care, buyers are easily
deceived. And so it goes - - - without authoritative residential housing intervention.

You are paid to be a residential housing expert. Can you see that whatever financial recovery efforts that are in place
have been orchestrated by the corrupt lending industry? Do you realize that I am not paid to monitor these egregious CA
CID circumstances; however, my viable retirement planning and sustainable financial future ends if Bank of
America/Countrywide continues their ugly schemes. Implementing 2 unwarranted foreclosures / repossessions (11-2009
and 3-2010) on my condo home, as my personal hardship mortgage modification request remains in careful review is
criminal and must be addressed on a Federal level. It is more than any Average Jo condo home Owner can manage
alone.

It is Mother’s Day, 2010. I just received a charming e-tribute to Mom’s everywhere, from President and Mrs.
Obama. Given the real-time circumstances I am facing, and the endless dodge-ball games preventing a viable
investigation of Common Interest Development (CID) real estate corruption, it is my hope that you are
expecting an email reply from Joanne Perkins. I am an Average Jo-Mama, one of millions that are being kicked
around and beaten financially on this day. My extreme effort to save my condo home over the years has been a
major factor in the estrangement from my adult daughter. She was sick of hearing about Canyon Creek at

Leaders and lenders, you can try to protect the collateral value securing your CID Notes, or not. I tried diligently without
success, as noted in my 3/2009 personal hardship loan modification request. Again, settlement is long overdue.

The CAI/CAMA are residential common interest developments (CID) organizations that have coordinated the corrupt
management of Owners CID funds for bankrupt and dilapidated property with zero collateral value result. Receivership is
their goal. The Weldon L. Brown Company just quit again, as an example. Brown is commissioned by the state as
executor of CID Receiverships. Destroying our collateral value, encouraged by the long-standing Directors that are

court hearing on 5/28, regarding your delinquent HOA dues status. Perhaps I should file a counter-claim for
reimbursement of $320 for the Dec. 2009 dues I paid? I paid dues throughout 2009 because my loan modification request
was pending. Your mindless collectors kept calling and no one mentioned that the 1st of 2 unwarranted
repossessions/foreclosures had already been executed against me and my property in Nov. 2009.

Consider these documents as disclosures, known CA real estate re-sale information impacting the collateral value of the
property. God only knows how many units BofA/Fannie Mae owns at Canyon Creek, but be advised that the collateral
value of each unit is a negative number due to economic fraud committed against Owners by con-artists and the
CAI/CAMA ponzi schemers.

A settlement is long overdue. My health is improving somewhat, despite your arrangements for my untimely death to be

As a senior citizen that has been swindled by Bank of America/Countrywide and as a struggling full time college student
that needs Pell Grant money to eat, I think you are misdirecting your focus, authority and position, given the current
circumstances of our nation.

As an example, the educational system is broken. Grandstanding and gestures of hope will not fix the broken system,
enforcements and accountability might. Another example, the economy is being driven by a band of thieves, busy
recycling homes for their own personal gain. My condo home, specifically.

A high school graduation speech is irrelevant compared to the vital national issues at hand. Additionally, I am not willing

The collateral value of a home continues to be at the heart of residential real estate transactions in the United State. All
real estate related laws and funding standards are based on this very fundamental aspect of residential housing
investments. The occupants health and safety, both physically and financially, are major factors and functions for proper
protocols of home ownership, for both the lender and borrower. The expectations of housing and real state laws has been
compromised. Media broadcasts and publications state that know one knows how con-artists duped Americans.

I propose a 10 year case study of Canyon Creek at Riverside Condominium Association, 2002-2012, to at least expose
how the con-games were played. Average Jo condo owner experiences; what CA CID Owners have faced without law
enforcements supporting the laws in place. ‘Duped by the American Dream’, or perhaps, ‘Residential Housing Ponzi
Schemes.’ Perhaps the case study name can be something more diplomatic but the facts will produce a viable restorative
direction for residential common interest developments. According to the CA Law Revision Commission report in 2007,
CA has 4.5 million CID housing units.

Based on the data I have compiled to date, I estimate the case study would be a six month project to format the data into
a useable resource. I will need funding to survive financially and I will need to hire IT and proofing talent to assist in
compiling the historical data. What it will take to managing the case study through 2012 remains to be seen but funding
for the case study project will be required. jp

foreclosures BAC maliciously reported to EXPERIAN has paralyzed me financially since 11/09.

President Obama and Associates,

A live broadcast on C-SPAN addressed the Status of Bailout Repayments. The program was sponsored by the
Washington Journal; the guest was Paul Keil with Pro-Publica. (Apparently he is an economist / journalists that
has tracked data and feeds the analysis to the AP.)

His data suggests $900 million has been spent on the $50billion budgeted loan modification project and the
residential housing crisis has stabilized. Based on what? I am under attack and the circumstances are
insurmountable.

In a pathetic attempt to protect myself, my retirement planning and our real estate investment, I have taped the
letter from Bank of America to my front door, which clearly identifies the in review status of my mortgage
modification request. I signed a hand written note on the copy of the letter. It reads: Eviction Services, Please
read the letter above. A resolution is expected. Do not take possession of my home. I have not moved out.

Given the circumstances, what are the odds of me being locked out of my home? The attorney I hired is
useless. He is still wondering why the collateral value of my condo home is relevant to the mortgage, let alone
capable of stopping the unwarranted foreclosures and eviction process. Apparently, the CA Attorney Generals
Office forced BofA to review my modification request. However, the AG has not contacted me or been willing
to identify the person in charge of monitoring this chaotic Bank of America review process.

Please understand, the Average Jo homeowner can not function under these oppressive circumstances.
Immediate authoritative intervention is required.

No, you established authority over my Countrywide/Bank of America Fannie Mae funding during our initial phone
conversation on January 28, 2010. What may or may not apply to the various quick-fix letters and announcements is more
chaos and irrelevant to the situation at hand. Given the circumstances, directing me to make additional inquires to Bank of
America is an absurd notion. The reality is HUD and the US Treasury retained incompetent Lender Bail-Out financial
services and there is work to be done to clean up the mess the Homeownership Preservation Foundation (HPF 888-
HOPE Hotline) maliciously and deliberately orchestrated for the corrupt lending industry.

I am not a slave to CA CID housing; I am a victim of a unenforced residential real estate system. I was a community
volunteer that recognized and reported the crimes in progress. Losing my home for raising the uncomfortable issues
present is unthinkable in a civilized society. Additionally, the United States Department of Housing and Urban
Devolvement is not an exclusive club for consumers of FHA-insured mortgages.

You must do better; an investigation is long overdue. Review the evidence and compile a viable report of findings that can

Our understanding is that you have a Conventional Mortgage with Bank of America Home Loans. The fact that it is not

an FHA-insured Mortgage places your situation outside of the jurisdiction of HUD. However, if your mortgage is owned

by Fannie Mae, there is a recent updated provision called “Fannie Mae Lender Letter#LL-2010-04”, which may apply to

your situation, and which is a follow-up to Announcement#SVC-2010-03. (You should call BofA Home Loans and inquire

Associating accountability with real estate related laws and enforcement protocols is an expectation of US citizens, myself
included. Investigating the economic fraud Canyon Creek at Riverside Condominium Association has experienced will
identify the multi-billion dollar Home Owner Association ‘ponzi scheme’ in progress nationwide. The results of the
investigation will provide cost-effective and streamlined efficiency solutions that can support the authentic real estate
transaction and obligation protocols that are in place. The well-defined real estate laws provide a fair and reasonable
standard. However, substandard implementation prevails. Clearly, without authoritative enforcements the fraud
escalates, as is the case at Canyon Creek.

An example of the insurmountable housing quagmire involves Riverside Code Enforcement. They issued five citations
noting dilapidation in 2008. They refused to provide me with any status reports or follow-up information regarding the
citations. I was serving as Director of our HOA community, representing myself, 128 families and investment partners. A
Code Enforcement agency withholding information lacks logic on every level, and is utterly amazing in my humble opinion.
The Code Enforcement Officer and Supervisor had no explanation as to why these citations were locked-up or
mysteriously withheld. They simply ignored my inquiries.

It appears that local authorities used the same non-communicative technique HUD-Washington DC and

Money Management International (MMI), HUD Certified Credit Counselors incompetence has escalated the economic
crisis by orchestrating unwarranted foreclosures for Bank of America. I say this with confidence because it has happened
to me. (BofA reported that my home was repossessed in Nov. 2009, which crushed my credit, mailed me an inflated
reinstatement bill and foreclosed a few days later in March 2010 without explanation.) HUD Washington DC is aware of
the egregious errors. HUD OIG investigator, Norman Jezzeny, appears delighted, overworked or totally indifferent with
the financial destruction of HUD’s and the US Treasury Dept. subcontracted counseling staff, motivated by the corrupt
lender funded Homeowners Preservation Foundation hoax encouraging the economic fraud against CA CID condominium
Owners. I cannot fix this alone however I have complied extensive documentation for the investigation. The ball is in your

It appears that the US Department of Housing and Urban Development has closed it doors. Mr. Norman Jezzeny
(202)402-5545 called me in January and committed to investigating and resolving my person hardship loan modification
with the hideous Bank of America and then he disappeared. It is March 15 and the unwarranted Trustee Sale is scheduled
for tomorrow. I provided what he asked for and have been involved all along and left numerous phone messages without

Bank of America has failed to perform for 13 months. The loan modification agreement was made in August but the
paperwork never came. They crushed my credit for no apparent reason. They kept 2 of the 3 trail payments I sent them,
returning trail payment #3 for no apparent reason. I sent the trial payments to BofA at the Hud Certified Credit Counselors
direction. Those MMI conversations are also available if anyone is interested. BofA plans to seize my home in 8 days,
which is nothing short of a ruthless act of terrorism on American soil. I complied with the few demands BofA made but
they remain determined to squeeze me out of our business partnership on condo unit #390. You are the housing authority
and HUD Washington DC committed to an intervention. Now is a good time to take action. I must trust that you are a man
of your word.

Below is ReconTrust.com listing for BofA as of today. For the record, my loan balance is $82K, not $90K. The collateral
value of the property will remain unknown until a physical inspection and expert intrusive testing reports are completed.
Determining the collateral value is a formula in CA, with a well defined process in place to accomplish Owners satisfactory
maintenance expectations. (Current appraisal minus the per unit costs of restoration of a dilapidated and bankrupt CA CID
community equals the accurate collateral value.)

What is the problem? Reality is a good thing. Ongoing economic fraud is not good. Unchecked economic fraud even
worse. What is going on out there? Please respond. jp

Dear White House,

The $29 billion US HUD and the Treasury Department injected into the bogus Making Home Affordable - HASP - HOPE -
Homeownership Preservation Foundation (HPF) was manipulated by the corrupt lenders. Bank of America/Countrywide,
in my particular case. You have the data of the pathetic behaviors of Danny Garcia-Valez, Director of the HUD Certified
Credit Counselors at 888-995-HOPE. You have the data reflecting the egregious errors of Money Management
International (MMI), a HUD Certified credit counseling agency positioned to execute the crushing blows for BofA. (Check
their pockets. If HPF and staff did not get huge kick backs from BofA for screwing up borrowers credit, they are simply
mindless fools diligently crushing our economy to keep their jobs. Either way is not acceptable.) The adverse
consequences of what appears to be blatant vendor collusion committed against US borrowers is insurmountable for the
Average Jo homeowner like myself.

Without investigations, enforcements and at least some form of public translucency, corrupt lenders will continue to
prevail. Unfortunately our countries leadership will continue to be mocked for funding the open invitation(s) to continue
crushing existing borrowers. Apparently, I am scheduled to be spite-out onto the streets of Riverside CA with HUD's
blessings on March 5th. Making way for slum-lord RE investors and First-Time Home Buyer programs may stimulate the

Again, without law enforcements the power and authority of the law becomes an oppressive tool used against citizens that
believe they have the rights and obligations our laws declare.

Housing issues are no exception to the basic principles of power and authority protocols in place for the people of the

RE: FHA-VA approved condominium projects?

Dear Mr. Jezzeny and United States Leaders,

Please see HUD Washington DC published link of FHA-VA Approved Condominium investments noted below. Canyon
Creek at Riverside is listed as an FHA-VA Approved condominium project and yet the excessive moisture intrusions over
the years has trashed the property. It is questionable if we have 51% occupancy, let alone 51% owner occupied. The
federal approvals are 20 years old.

Speaking from experience no multi-unit, public use, real estate related authorities or enforcements has been willing to the
address the outrageous chaos via ponzi schemes the CAI/CAMA organization(s) have designed for themselves over the
years. Their vendor-profit protocols are at the hub of the condominium housing quagmire in CA. I believe both community
management organizations serve as national terrorists against condominium Owners. I did read CAI Expresses Continued
Concern on FHA Rules. Based on their hype, it appears their only concern is transparency. The concerns CAI National
expressed are on-site operational business matters and without merit in the residential real estate purchase, ownership
and re-sale expectations in the United States. Documentation is available upon request.

I need a job. HUD needs some hands-on, worker-bee type talent to sort through the HOA subterfuge to find viable
solutions. Are you taking employment applications or contract proposals to clean up the broken system? Finding the
accurate stats being published as FHA-VA approved condo communities is an important aspect of Housing and Urban
Development services. With HUD endorsements, I am capable of compiling and delivering the accurate data worthy of

Dear All,

I was contacted by US Department of HUD, Washington DC on 1/28/2010 by a man named Norman S. Jezzeny. He
indicated that he was arranging a meeting with the new CEO of Bank of America Brian Moynihan to address the
outrageous business practices of BofA loan modifications. Mr. Jezzeny indicated that we would have my unwarranted
foreclosure matter resolved in a few days. I provided the information he requested, I burned and shipped the DVD with the
August 2009 loan modification agreement conversation with Bank of America and expanded on a few details of this
countries quagmire regarding Home Owners Association housing.

I did get confirmation that Mr. Jezzeny received the DVD and a snowed-in Washington DC weather report on Feb. 2nd.
Nothing good has happened since. I found out last week that BofA reported that they repossessed my home in Nov. 2009,
according to TRANS UNION. That egregious stunt instantly took my pristine 816 credit score to 570 without notice. US
Bank and Chase both instantly cut my credit card limit to the existing balances without a timely notice and without cause.
Clueless BofA collectors keep calling me to threaten foreclosure. March 5th is the Trustee Sale date ReconTrust.com has
posted online for Bank of America/Countrywide. Someone in authority needs to review this subterfuge to resolve the
fraudulent residential housing tactics of Bank of America/Countrywide. It is destroying the lives of home owners, myself
included.

Who is Norman S. Jezzeny claiming to be with US HUD, Washington DC? What is his title? Is he a decision maker or
does he hold a mail room/clerk type position? Why did he call me with solutions to a huge problem and then casually
disappear as if me and my home never mattered anyway? Is Norman S. Jezzeny employed at HUD? Perhaps the call
was from a creepy mortgage broker pretending to be HUD for a quick refinance? It would not surprise me, corrupt lenders
and twisted Realtors continue to crawl out of the woodwork in mass. Who could know what to think without two way
communication?

I am hanging on by my fingernails folks. The stress and unwarranted financial ruin is debilitating. Please investigate and

Each state has their Health Care Decisions forms and formats already in place. There is a National Health Care
Decision Day in March. Twenty-six (26) states have the option for Notarization verses two qualified witnesses
on the forms. Based on my experiences as care giver in a medical emergency situation with my adult daughter,
I became a Notary Public in 2004. My intentions are to assist in solving the huge HIPPA problem parents face
without having a medical emergency Assigned Agent on record. Public education can easily assimilate the
distribution of forms and information to high school students and parents.

It is a great idea and there may already be a viable organizational tool in progress for resolving some of the
other health care issues we face. We would need the National Notary Association (NNA) endorsement to
implement the project with streamline efficiency nation wide. I have been a member of NNA since 2004. To
date, they have slammed the door in my face each time I have presented the idea. It seems the leaders of the
national Notary industry are desperately hanging onto the corrupt lenders shirt tails. Meanwhile Notary’s are
starving, so to speak.

Clearly, finding a new direction for the Notary Public industry will put a lot of people back to work. Would this
Administration be willing to consider my proposal? I do not have the staff or budget to execute the project

The attachments will assist in comprehending the gravity of the collateral value quagmire at 600 Central Ave. Riverside,
CA 92507. Please understand that my home is my retirement plan. The purchase decision was made in 2000. I
purchased a two bedroom, two bath condo in a good location to accommodate my viable retirement planning. Without CA
Common Interest Development law enforcement, the property has been trashed. Owners and tenants continue to get
swindled to the tune of $320 per month. I carried the dues for Bank of America last year, pending completion of their loan
modification review.

Because Bank of America/Countrywide has kept my home in a foreclosure position, I was not able to rent out my extra
room(s), a vital part of my personal hardship recovery plan. I still do not know if I will have a home in 30 days. Establishing
a month-to-month rental agreement when in this curious foreclosure process would not be fair to the new room mate. And
then there are the liabilities of the known, pre-existing, high risk and hazardous living conditions I will be offering for $600
a month.

Do you want me to continue to validate the outrageous situation? I can’t be the only baby boomer facing financial
extinction without cause. There are 128 Owners/Shareholders of Canyon Creek. Do you wonder how many are REO at
this time? Can we estimate how many will be REO over the next 12 months without authoritative intervention? Our current
Board President was eager to implement HOA foreclosures and rent out the units until the lender gets around to
foreclosing. It is called equity skimming, an illegal business practice for a multitude of reasons. No good can come from all
this subterfuge.

Please provide a status report of arrangements for the meeting with Brian Moynihan, Bank of America. The Trustee Sale
date of their unwarranted foreclosure on my home has been bumped forward to 3/5. The Trustee Sale date of 600 Central

I watched President Obama's State of the Union address yesterday. I also watched the hearings and testimony of Timothy
Geithner, now US Treasury - then Federal Reserve and consistently Goldman Sachs corporate hero. The two broadcasts
contradicted the information delivered by both decision makers. Meanwhile, the Average Jo continues to get crushed by
the subterfuge.

The Average Jo citizen like myself relied on existing real estate laws in place when making my purchase decisions.
Frankly, funding the product being sold in a CA real estate transaction is a secondary factor to be considered during the
short contingency period buyers have to determine if the current physical conditions of the investment will meet their
needs. I had a professional property inspection at purchase and the unit was satisfactory. I learned later that the Home
Owners Association (HOA) practiced ongoing economic fraud. I contacted Countrywide Home Loans several time with my
concerns of HOA fraud in progress and the adverse impact it had on the quality of life and property value. They did not
respond despite our shared responsibilities for the collateral value.

Clearly, neither Joanne Perkins or Bank of America enjoys this outrageous quagmire but it is the hand we have been
dealt, so to speak. Facing the challenges and finding a viable resolve is an option. Vaporizing me with an unwarranted
foreclosure is also an option. Option one escalates affordable housing recovery in CA. Option two encourages corrupt
business practices in CA real estate. For the love of Christ, please pick one or the other option and take aggressive
actions to define and implement the expectation of the decision. Settling this matter is long overdue and local authorities
decline involvement.

What I encountered as HOA Director shouldering responsibilities to restore and protect the collateral interest is utterly
amazing. To date, the imperial data, correspondence and documentation that defines the fraud in progress remains IN
REVIEW, according to BofA collectors.

What happened to the Helping Families Save Their Homes Act and the Fraud Enforcement and Recovery Act that was
signed into law last spring? Do they need a case study? If so, I have complied one for the record books. Does the Fraud
Enforcement portion of the Recovery ACT encourage fraud for a national economic recovery?

Writing these snotty and disrespectful words is awful. You tell me, what are my options? jp

Bank of America’s malicious and deceitful business practices are relentless. The non-performance has crushed
my ability to create a sustainable future for myself. The horrific circumstances are not uncommon in my
community, Riverside CA. Please allow me to better define the oppressive situation in hopes of authoritative
intervention.

The subject is residential real estate; loan modification programs a side note by comparison. There are
reasonable laws in place that structure the home/collateral funding responsibilities of both the borrower and the
lender. Without an enforcement protocol, I have been forced to watch and monitor the unchecked economic
fraud escalating in and around my home for years. The evidence is overwhelming; the consequences are high
risk and hazardous living conditions for 128 Common Interest Development Owners, their Tenants and visitors.
The current physical condition of the collateral is relevant to the personal hardship loan modification request.

The need to apply for a personal hardship mortgage modification in Feb. 2009 evolved. I purchased my
condominium home in 2000. My savings was exhausted by Jan 2009. Protecting our collateral as a HOA
Board Director required full time focus and there are costs to implement. Bank of America/Countrywide and I
are business partners and yet they continue to decline involvement. We are both well aware that the collateral
interest we share is bankrupt and dilapidated. The ongoing economic fraud against the Owners of Canyon
Creek at Riverside Condominium Association continues. Local authorities decline involvement but community
can not survive without public services. Please acknowledge that you can recognize the quagmire.

Downsizing my life style to a 2 bedroom, two bath condo home was a well calculated and sound financially
decision for myself. The years of Owner/Borrower efforts to address the HOA Board of Directors is met with
unwarranted hostility. Legal intimidation funded by our HOA funds has prevailed. The consequence of this
oppression is becoming insurmountable. What are your expectations of me?

We are all hero’s enduring the hardships and injustices until help arrives. With all due respect, I am offended by this good
citizen contest. Please understand, it is nothing short of a miracle that the Average Jo has a roof over their head or food to

Apparently the US Treasury Department and HUD believe Danny Garcia Velez and his counselors are assisting
home owners. In reality, Danny Garcia Velez and the counselors he coordinates have maliciously and
deliberately encouraged unwarranted foreclosures. Documentation is available upon request.

Generally speaking, a personal hardship loan modification request has little to do with a borrower’s ability to
manage their personal finances. Generally speaking, the hardship is the result of the broken system that failed
to enforce the standard protocols in mortgage lending put in place decades ago. RESPA was fine - borrowers
rely on the transparency and disclosure laws but local authorities do not. Serving as Director on our home
owners associations Board of Director for the last 2 years ruined me financially. Bottom line, a community can
not survive without functioning public services.

To date, not one person in authority has been willing to review the fraud and hardships in progress at 600
Central Ave. Riverside, CA 92507 (128 condo units, a CA CID Corporation). Bank of America/Countrywide
has been informed of the collateral value concerns since 2004. I provided 4-5 inches of documentation early
last year to better define the hardships associated with our collateral value issues in my mortgage modification
request. Bank of America/Countrywide is well aware of the high risk and hazardous living conditions at
Canyon Creek of Riverside. In response they foreclosed on #348 last month and have it REO listed for sale
today without current condition disclosures. BofA has #315 slated for foreclosure next week. That unit has
been uninhabitable for over 3 years due to the chronic raw sewage system failure flooding the unit and
unresolved roof leaks causing the ceilings to collapse numerous times. Approx. ten units have been flooded by
raw sewage since 2006. The roof leaks have collapsed the ceilings of over 20 units in less than 3 years and the
roofs have not been repaired.

Frankly, it is irrelevant that BofA and I are less than eager to carry a mortgage on doomed collateral but it is
what it is.

Bank of America has skinned my alive with the blessings of the US Treasury Dept and HUD. Danny Garcia
Velez and his incompetent counselors remain indifferent. Please investigate and resolve the problem or
compensate me with financial restitution so I can make alternative housing arrangements. jp

         Except the US Treasury Dept. and HUD have relied on the 888-995-HOPE credit counseling program without
         monitoring the out-of-control mess the counselors are making of the loan modification process. Speaking from
         experience, the egregious errors of Money Management International (MMI) are insurmountable for
         borrowers.

         I spoke with Danny Garcia Velez again yesterday. He is the Counseling Program Coordinator for the 888 HOPE
         Hotline. He is aware the MMI staff fabricated deadlines on my trial payment arrangements and my income
         information. My loan modification was suddenly off the table for no apparent reason. Danny Garcia Velez
         suggested I keep calling Bank of America, as if I could undo his MMI counselors errors somehow??? Mr. Danny
         Garcia Velez seems totally unaware of the responsibilities and obligations associated with his position. He is
         coordinating services for the US Treasury Dept. and HUD to resolve our countries economic crisis. Frankly, his
         actions smell like more lending industry kick-backs and vendor collusion.

         According to BofA, I had $91K in equity when we came to a loan modification agreement in August. The
         paperwork never came. The modification terms are a no cost 40 yr. fixed rate at $247 payments per month.
         My home has had a Trustee Sale date without cause every month since April. My personal hardship request
         was submitted in Feb. and the financial solution completed by June, exactly according to the financial
         commitment I made in the mortgage modification request. Bank of America would not recognize the resolve
         and stuck me into their collections meat grinder. Please Help. I can not stop them. jp

The bailed-out banks are conducting unwarranted foreclosures on residential real estate. Example: Bank of
America/Countrywide made a loan modification agreement with me in August and failed to send the paperwork. Without
cause they have had my home slated for foreclosure since April and even worse, reported severe delinquency on my
credit report. My FICO score was 816 this time last year and I there is still $91K equity in my condo home according to
their figures. The TARP money is being used to torture and crush mortgage borrowers. That is the urgent matter that

Live from the White House - What Do You Want to Know? I want to know why the mortgage crisis is being ignored by the
US Treasury Department and H.U.D? They know the subterfuge. Collectively, the witnesses and Senators discussed it
at the 12/9 Financial Servicers Committee hearings. Telling Chase and Bank of America that they must do better has not
been effective. Frankly, without recourse and authoritative intervention by our countries leadership, the unscrupulous
mortgage behaviors are encouraged.

I am an Average Jo that has taken responsibility for myself and my community. I have done the right things throughout
my life and yet I am getting crushed by the loan modification chaos. As you know, Bank of America has crushed my credit
and plans to steal my home on Friday. The HUD Certified Credit Counseling Coordinator, Danny Garcia-Velez said he
would resolve the egregious errors made by Money Management International, but he didn't do anything - including return
phone calls as promised. White House updates and blogs is not adequate. Please contact me - a response is required.
Details are available but if no one is willing to acknowledge the lending industry bully tactics, what is a 57 year old single
women expected to do? I can afford my home and I need it for shelter. I did not create this mortgage mess; I am a victim

Denise Ingalls - Regional Director MMI Credit Counseling and HUD,

MMI and I have spent hours discussing my overhead and income since October. Bank of America and I have spent hours
upon hours discussing my overhead and income since April. I spent hundred of hours documenting my personal hardship
and delivering my financial recovery plan with a sustainable future to BofA/Countrywide early last year. I met the financial
commitment in May. Bank of America did not recognize the resolve and left me in their meat grinder collections program
until August 14th, when a loan modification agreement was made. Bank of America did not generate the loan modification
documents, put me back into their meat grinder collections program and my home remains slated for foreclosure on
Friday 1/15/10.

I spoke with Homeownership Preservation Foundation, Danny Garcia-Velez this week. According to him, my student Pell
Grant is the only income Bank of America has on record. Why is that Denise? What about my rental income, what about
my food stamp income, what about my Notary Loan Signing Agent income, what about my training and consulting
income? What about your Robert Marchand fabricating my trial payment data and MMI supervisors presenting it to my
lender?

It is no wonder why I was met with hostile and belittling arrogance when speaking with Carlus Flowers, the Business
Analyst with the Fannie Mae Resource Center. He was eager to disregard a lowly student making inquiries, as if students
are unworthy of his time or homeownership. Why did you put me through that without correcting your staffs egregious
errors?

For the record, my income is adequate and I qualify for the bail-out loan modification offered. This business shell game
being played is better defined as vendor collusion. A ponzi scheme comparable to Bernie Madoff and his unresponsive
den of thieves. The US Treasury Department and HUD seems to be partners in this mortgage modification housing scam.
Frankly, that is a terrorizing concept you and your unresponsive staff are supporting. Reason unknown? Money
Management Internationals actions and behaviors resemble that of terrorist hiding bombs in their underpants.

You all must do better! Stop the unwarranted foreclosure. jp

Accurate data provides empirical information for decision-makers. Data is a tool that offers information to make wise
decisions. The progress of each loan modification efforts of both the borrower and lender is available. The use of data
encompasses all product and service. Lets take a look at health care as an example.

During an extraordinary family medical emergency, I found that meticulous health care data is compiled; the treatments,
medications, consumption, staff, etc. The intelligence of a patients’ health care and providers is compiled and available.
Unfortunately, I found that the hospital administrators and doctors do not know how to use data as a tool.

My adult daughter was a high profile patient at UCLA Medical Center in 2003. She was admitted undiagnosed and
released undiagnosed three months later. I asked reasonable and relevant questions but they went unanswered. My
second requests were met with hostility and intimidating accusations, as if I were positioning for malpractice.

My accomplished adult daughter suddenly lost the ability to function one day. I assure you, this mothers focus was
targeted on my 25 year old daughters complete recovery, nothing else. A patient’s medical assigned agent and
Conservator being debased and accused of self-serving or hidden agendas is reprehensible and lack logic. Perhaps
more important to the masses, refusing to use the tools at hand is a costly and unproductive practice in health care.

Riverside California is the largest city in Riverside County. Historically, national stats and data has identified Riverside
County as the worst in declines that adversely impact our nations economy. In 1996, the Riverside home sale prices
dropped -37%. The worst in the nation according to DataQuik, with a wide spread to the second worst at -17.2% decline
in another state. Riverside County is located next to San Bernardino County in CA. The area is commonly referred to as
the Inland Empire in news broadcasts and is repeatedly identified as the worst in the nation regarding unemployment,
pollution, crimes, etc.

There are reasons Riverside California continues to drag down our nations recovery efforts. The leadership is corrupt.
The staff is silent and/or obedient despite the known egregious mismanagement. I say this with confidence because I
experienced the subterfuge as a community volunteer for various Riverside organizations since moving to Riverside in
1990. (My volunteer efforts and accomplishments include Riverside Board of Realtors awards as Affiliate of the month
many times, Affiliate of the year in 1997. Survive Food Bank/Can Tree charity events with record breaking proceeds. I
am a graduate of the Riverside Leadership Academy and the Riverside Neighborhood Watch Academy. I am assistant to
our Neighborhood Watch Coordinator at our Home Owners Association. Additionally, many committees - United Way,
City of Perris, Wood Street Green Team, local schools, etc. )

Given the circumstances, responding to my desperate pleas for assistance is reasonable. The Riverside County
Assessors Office does not know if condominiums are included in the totals of multi-unit apartments or single family
homes. The unwarranted foreclosures of Common Interest Development residential homes in Riverside CA will not be
traceable because Riverside does not recognized Common Interest Developments or the citizens that live in them.

FannieMae referred me to more Bank of America subterfuge. I called 888-325-6435 and was told that my loan
modification is still in review, the foreclosure Trustee Sale date was bumped out to 2/5/10 and paperwork for a 6 month
forbearance should arrive in 7-10 days.

I do not want or need a forbearance. I need the loan documents representing the Bank of America modification
arrangements we made in August. A forbearance last June would have been good because it would have prevented the
Bank of America severe delinquency from crushing my credit. It would have left the opportunity for me to rent out a room
without stepping on Fair Housing issues with a month-to-month rental agreement. Generally speaking, slated for
foreclosure while the mortgage is in review is problematic, at best.

Additionally, there are Home Owners Association costs ($320 per month) and issues that need to be addressed. With a
$247 mortgage payment, I can afford to wait for a eroded slope or deteriorated building to fall on someone. The
Association would be forced to restore our high risk and hazardous common-interest property. An ugly concept but that

is the reality of our circumstances. Without local authority involvement, unchecked economic fraud against Riverside
HOA Owners - this is the result.

If there are no assurances that the outcome of the forbearance will result in a 40 year fixed rate mortgage with $247
monthly payments, the forbearance is useless. Bank of America/Countrywide also has a pending foreclosure on unit
#315 here at Canyon Creek HOA. The unit has been uninhabitable for well over three years. The ceilings collapsed and
our sewers backed up into the unit filling it with raw sewage.
It appears that BofA wants me to make the extremely high HOA monthly payments until they decide to foreclose and sell
the REO to a naive first time buyer or unsuspecting investor without condition disclosures.

Given the circumstances, I hope that you agree that the property value and collateral responsibilities has reached an
impasse. It needs to be researched and resolved. Allowing BofA to continue their ponzi scheming lacks logic. jp

Fannie Mae Resource Center,

Your Business Partner, Bank of America/Countrywide, has used sub-standard business practices in the loan modification
process. They totally disregard RESPA and property Owners rights. The unethical and vicious processes stands to
enhance Fannie Maes financial recovery.

Residential real estate has appropriate standards and guidelines in place because the products you are funding are
peoples homes. The lending industry bail-out and Loan Modification program appears to be run by a den of thieves;
Fannie and Freddie seem to be the ring leaders of this terrible hoax being committed against US citizens. After
experiencing months of erroneous incompetence and unwarranted intimidation, being directed to Fannie by the HUD
Certified Credit Counselors for assistance clarifies the point I am making.

There is an Opening Bid of $89,483.88 posted online to sell my condo home. ( TS 2009-55752) Bank of America plans to
sell my bankrupt and dilapidated condo home to some unsuspecting investor on 1/5/10. My mortgage balance is
$82,724.51, the current property value is unknown - BofA valued it at $174K in August. I maintained the equity in my
home for my retirement, not to feed a corrupt residential lending industry.

I made the modification request to Countrywide in Jan. I was financially prepared to resume making payments in June.
Bank of America refused to recognize the resolve and stuffed me into their collections meat grinder. I have more than
adequate financial means to meet the terms of the modification Bank of America/Countrywide offered in August - a no
cost 40 years fixed rate mortgage at $247 per month. The HUD Certified Counselors are useless. I need authoritative
intervention and assistance to stop the foreclosure next week and to get this mortgage issue resolved.

Bank of America/Countrywide-BAC has refused my documented resolves, returned my final payment of their 3 trial
payment arrangement, made communication impossible and their Trustee Sale robbery of my condo home remains
scheduled for 1/5, just a few days from today.

It appears BAC is The Godfather to the residential lending industry gangsters. I have $91K in equity according to the
HUD certified counselors. My mortgage is only $83K. I maintained the equity of my home for my sustainable future in
retirement. I am a 57 year old divorced woman. By the grace and mercy of our Lord God Almighty, I will not be killing
myself and I need my condo home for shelter. HUD OIG investigators have been advised and not responded. Same with
my local HUD office, advised and not responding. US Treasury Department has not responded. The HUD certified credit
counselors have made egregious errors on my BAC loan modification agreement made in August and it appears that
there is vendor collusion between the HUD Certified Counselors and BAC in progress.

President Obama and Associates please get involved and stop the financial terrors residential real estate borrowers are
experiencing. Mine specifically, if a borrowers self-serving agenda is required. Please find my contact and account

According to the Dept. of Treasury testimony on 12/8, they have people watching lenders to prevent them from
implementing unwarranted foreclosures. Bank of America has my home slated for a Trustee Sale on 1/5 and it is
egregiously unwarranted! Please stop them and investigate. You will have the clear and concise definitive answers the
Bank of America witness was not willing to answer. They are scheming tyrants that have purposely positioned
themselves into a no communication allowed position. With the business ethics of gutter rats, they are adversely
controlling every aspect of my life. A person can not press-on under these random and oppressive situations.

There is a lot to be considered but taking my home and selling it to some real estate investors without accurate current

Thank you for your e-mail dated on Oct. 13th in response to my previous letter of concern. I followed the directions,
complied with the HUD Certified Counselor and Bank of America / Countrywide's latest loan modification mandates.
Unfortunately, the lender remains determined to foreclose on my home, a bankrupt and dilapidated condo in Riverside
CA. Without cause my home remains slated for Trustee Sale on Nov. 30th. There is no documentation that defines the
modification arrangements or acknowledgement from the lender noting receipt of my "trial payments" they received for
Oct and Nov. Please investigate because what is happening is not right. It defies real estate RESPA laws and will force
me into bankruptcy. My FICO score was 816 this time last year. I have done the right thing. HUD, the certified credit
counselor and the lender are not working towards resolution. The loan modification process appears to be a random
free-for-all. To date, there is nothing cohesive to grasp. jp

             By faith in God and His remarkable promises as defined in His Word, I am confident that Jesus Christ has a
             perfect plan in progress. His endless grace and mercy remains utterly amazing, in my humble opinion.
             Additionally, I am confident that something undeniably authentic, beneath the bombast and self-pity, will be
             recognized for God’s glory. For the record, apparently I am a consumer advocate service oriented person. I
             have had several successful businesses. Most importantly, I work to glorify God and a living has evolved. A
             humble servant of Christ, so to speak, with the endless blessings he continues to provide.

             Who knew owning a professional property inspection business in the 90’s would explain the glaring fraudulent
             behaviors of today? Not me for sure but it is what it is. I closed my home inspection business in 1999, after
             loosing a long debate with inspection industry associates regarding a bad CA senate bill that was pending.
             The bill passed and became CA law on 1/1/2000. Liabilities for accurate physical condition disclosures were
             handed to the appraisal industry for no apparent reason. Third-party (independent of the transaction)
             inspection services were instantly buried even deeper in disclaimers. According to the CAR Transfer
             Disclosure Statement form, CA Realtor experts due diligent level can be that of a monkey, so to speak. The
             professional inspection debates ran through 1998 and 1999. The discussions were with Andrew Cusmo,
             Director of HUD at the time, NAR, CAR, Inspectech Corp., CREIA and ASHI. Apparently nothing has changed
             and we are still discussing the adverse consequences of chronic subterfuge in residential real estate.

             Kicking me around for having concerns is hardly appropriate but it is what it is. Praise God and His perfect
             plan in progress. jp
