Yes. Setting up E-Z UP Instant Shelters is as easy as 1-2-3. The patented system allows you to set up
instantly in seconds. Simply remove the cover bag and unfold the shelter. It’s that E-Z.
How do I place an order?
All stock orders can be placed online. All you have to do is select the quantity, size and add to cart to

Do I need to pay sales tax?
If we ship your products to an address in California or Texas, we will add sales tax to your purchase.
If your products are shipped to a state other than California or Texas, we will not collect sales or use tax.
However, if your state imposes sales or use taxes, your purchase is subject to use tax unless it is
specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the
Internet or by other remote means. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the
end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those

Are your tents rated for wind or snow loads?
No. We cannot guarantee against any type of weather related incidents. We recommend that each leg
of the canopy be secured down via our foot pads & canopy stakes. If it gets very windy, please take
down the tent.
Do you have a Price Match Guarantee?
Yes. Our goal is to give you the best price for E-Z UP Tents -- always. If you find a lower advertised price
on an identical tent, Splash Tents, Inc. will match or beat the price. Please call or email us to notify us of
a lower advertised price prior to your purchase.
This guarantee does not include liquidations, closeouts, and clearance items. Splash Tents, Inc. DOES
NOT match wholesale club prices where there is a fee to join (i.e. Costco Wholesale & Sam's Club
Wholesale). We don’t price match taxes and typographical errors.
When calculating a price match, we’ll deduct any available coupons from our price to arrive at a net
price. For example, if you buy an item from us for $500 and we offer a $50 coupon, the net price is $450.
If another company’s price is $450 or more, we will not match the price. If another company offers a
product that comes with a free or discounted item and Splash Tents, Inc. does not carry the free or
discounted item, we will only match the price you pay at the point of purchase and will not take the free
or discounted item into account.
We may limit the quantities of price-matched items.

What is your warranty?
INTERNATIONAL E-Z UP®, INC., manufacturer of the E-Z UP® Instant Shelter®, warrants to the original
retail purchaser who provides a dated sales receipt each part of the E-Z UP® Instant Shelter® to be free
from defects in material or workmanship for a period of TWO or FIVE years (depending on the model)
after the date of original purchase. This warranty applies only for normal and expected uses, as
determined by the manufacturer. INTERNATIONAL E-Z UP®, INC.'s obligation and liability under this
warranty is limited to the repair or replacement (at its option) of the product or its parts, after its own
review and examination. RETURN ADVISORY -- Before returning any part or product to INTERNATIONAL
E-Z UP®, INC. or its designated representative, please contact us to obtain specific return shipping
instructions. All shipping costs must be prepaid, and INTERNATIONAL E-Z UP®, INC. is not responsible for
products damaged in transit. CONDITIONS -- This warranty shall be void as to any product which has
been altered or modified in any manner. This warranty does not apply to damages caused by wind, rain,
or other forces of nature, nor to accidental or deliberated damage of the product, nor to use of the
product that does not conform with the product instructions. This express warranty is provided in lieu of
all other warranties, expressed or implied. The sole warranty is provided by INTERNATIONAL E-Z UP®,
INC. SPLASH TENTS, INC. DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE
IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Our Professional tents (Eclipse II, Hut II, HUB, POP Lite, POP II, Speed Shelter II) have a 5 year warranty
and our Recreational and Commercial tents (Dome II, Pyramid II, Pyramid II Plus, Enterprise II, Express II,
Regency, Sierra II) have a 2 year warranty on the frame, valid from the date of original purchase. This
warranty applies only for normal and expected uses, as determined by the manufacturer. If you feel that
you have any warranty related issues, please contact us at email@example.com.

What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns. All sales are final.
Can I cancel my order?
Due to our order fulfillment process, it is difficult for us to locate your order once processing starts. We
cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order, but we will try to do so if you notify us
immediately after you place your order. Please call (214) 432 - 4025 for assistance. There will be a $25
charge for all canceled orders. It is not possible to cancel orders after shipment.
How long do orders take to ship after payment?
Splash Tents, Inc. will begin processing orders immediately upon verification that payment has been
received. You may submit payment online via credit card or debit card. All electronic payments are
securely transmitted using Secure Socket Layer ("SSL") technology. You may also pay by mail with a
check or money order, but such orders need to be placed by phone.
Most stock products ship as quickly as next business day. Custom color and custom graphic orders
(including lettering) takes 10 business days to ship (unless rushed, as described below).
Customers who are concerned about meeting deadlines should contact a sales representative. A 2-day
or 3-day rush is available for custom color orders as well as custom graphic orders. Please call us at (214)

confirmation email will be sent to you with your tracking number. This will allow you to track your
package all the way to your front door.
What type of shipping do you use?
We use UPS to ship all orders and offer you 3 shipping options online (and, if you need a faster option,
please give us a call):
UPS Ground: Prompt, dependable, low-cost ground delivery makes UPS Ground an excellent choice for
all your routine shipments.
UPS 3 Day Select: The ideal mix of economy and guaranteed on-time delivery, UPS 3 Day Select
guarantees delivery within three business days to and from every address in the 48 contiguous states.
UPS 2nd Day Air: Guaranteed on-time delivery to every address throughout the United States (excluding
intra-Alaska shipments) and Puerto Rico. This service is an economical alternative for time-sensitive
shipments that do not require overnight or morning service. UPS 2nd Day Air service provides
substantial savings compared to the rates for overnight air service.
The rates we quote for shipping and handling are valid for most orders. However, for very large orders
(such as pallet quantities), the stated shipping and handling fees may be inadequate, in which case, we
reserve the right to modify the shipping and handling fee. We will contact you before making any
changes to your order.
We can only deliver to physical (non-PO box) United States addresses.
Splash Tents, Inc. cannot be held responsible for meeting a specific delivery date if UPS Ground is
selected as a shipping option. Customers who are concerned about meeting specific deadlines should
select an express delivery option i.e. three day, or contact us at (214) 432 - 4025.
To ensure long lasting durability and the best possible protection for your E-Z UP Instant Shelter
products, please follow these E-Z care and maintenance instructions:
Use Simple Green or a mild liquid soap (not detergent).
Remove top from frame and gently place it on a flat surface (or a scrub brush to spot clean).
With a soft bristle brush, scrub in a circular motion.
Once finished, thoroughly rinse the top and reattach to the frame.
Allow the frame to remain open to arms length to ensure that the top dries completely.
Once top is completely dry, close and store the shelter.
