Q: How do I establish an online account? A: You must call the Kids West office at 633-5018 to have an online account set up for you. You will need a valid e-mail address for this process. Q: How many accounts should each family have? A: One account per family. All family members will be included on the same account. Q: How do I add family members to my account? A: You may add as many family members to your account as necessary. This will be done for you at the Kids West office. Q: How do I make a payment online? A: Making an online payment is easy! You must first have a login name and password before you begin registering for classes. Please call 633-5018 to have an account set up for you. To make a payment: Click on the "My Account" button. Enter your login and password. Click on your child’s Kids West site. A description of the Kids West site at your child’s school will be given. Click the “Enroll now” box at the bottom of this screen. Select your child’s name from the pull-down options, then click “Continue”. Enter your child’s schedule by clicking on the times your child will attend. You may pay one week at a time, or as many weeks as you wish. Click the “Add to My Cart” button. If you are paying for four or more weeks, please enter the coupon code “KW1011.” If your payment should include a late fee, indicate how many late fees you want include. Remember, you pay only one late fee per week, not per child. Click “Continue.” If you have a second child to schedule, click “Add another participant” and complete as noted above. If you are finished, click “Proceed to “Check-out.” Confirm your schedule by reading through the charges listed. This page will include all dates scheduled, and the fees charged. Once everything is correct, read the waiver paragraph and check the appropriate box. Enter your payment information and click the box stating you are over 13 years old. Click “continue.” Once your credit card is approved a receipt will appear. You may print a copy for your records. Q: Can I view my account activity without making a payment? A: Yes, you are always able to browse through your payment history without making a payment. When you log in, click on “Get a List of Prior Payments”, and it will give you a list of payments. To view a specific payment, click on that payment’s receipt number. Q: What if I cannot remember my login name and/or password? A: When you are prompted to login, click on the “Forgotten?” link, you will then be prompted to enter your email address, then click “Done”. A new, temporary password will be emailed to the email address listed on the account. Once you’ve received your new password and you log into your account, be sure to reset your password. If you are still unable to determine your login information, please call the Kids West office at 633-5018. A member of our staff will assist you. Please DO NOT create a new account. Q: Do you have other payment options? A: Yes, we have five ways to make a payment. Ways to Register: 1. Kids West Sites – you may place your payment in the payment box at your Kids West site on Monday mornings before school starts. Please be sure to include a payment form. 2. At the Kids West Office – you may make a payment at the Kids West office anytime. There is a drop box outside our door for after-hours payments. 3. Phone – You may call the Kids West office during business hours (8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) Monday-Friday to make a credit card payment. 4. Mail – you may mail your payment to our office at the Learning Resource Center, 3550 Mills Civic Parkway, West Des Moines Iowa 50265. 5. Online – you may make a payment at any time using our new online payment system.
