Objectives
The intent of the System Wide demonstration is to illustrate functionality that is necessary for application processing and is common across all modules.
Please identify to us if any system wide feature, function or technology does not apply to any specific module or part of the suite of programs.

Directions
For our own understanding, please try to follow the sequence of the line item functional requests listed below. Please note that each requested line
item to be demonstrated carries an individual point value. Failure to demonstrate that item or skipping the item will result in a zero score for that line
item, thereby lessening the particular vendors overall score. Each vendor is permitted and encouraged to show additional functionality, if you believe
it has relevance to Baylor College of Medicine, as long as you do not exceed the total alloted time limit. So that we do not interupt you or
break your sequence of events, you will be responsible for monitoring your own time and completing the demonstration script within the overall
             available time.

functions of cash receipts processing, project costing and customer statements and other customer and revenue reports.

Objectives
Our objectives for reviewing your 4GL development toolkit(s) include understanding what functions the toolkits can be utilized for, what toolkits are
used for what purposes and by what types of people, and the level of technical competence required for each toolkit. Please demonstrate as many
toolkits as required to perform the items requested below.

Each vendor is permitted and encouraged to show additional functionality, if you believe
it has relevance to Analysts International Corporation, as long as you do not exceed the total alloted time limit. So that we do not interupt you or
break your sequence of events, you will be responsible for monitoring your own time and completing the demonstration script within the overall
         available time.

Objectives
Analysts International Corporation intends to utilize the application vendors workflow configuration and processing in order to improve existing
procedural processes and enhance user productivity, particularly in the Finance department and the administration functions at field offices. Our
objectives for the Workflow review are to determine the opportunities presented with the vendors workflow tool, review the user defined
transactional routing and processing, identify the capabilities to incorporate company procedures and internal controls into the system and review
the automation of recurring or sequenced events; all with company or Branch defined conditional logic.

Each vendor is permitted and encouraged to show additional functionality, if you believe
it has relevance to Analysts International Corporation, as long as you do not exceed the total alloted time limit. So that we do not interupt you or
break your sequence of events, you will be responsible for monitoring your own time and completing the demonstration script within the overall
             available time.

Objectives
The support and services provided by the software publisher are considered equally as important as the application software. Our
objectives for this portion of the demonstration is to thoroughly understand the implementation and post production support provided by
             outside consultants.

Directions
This section is much more collaborative and discussion oriented. Our weighting and scoring will be determined by our understanding of the
implementation process and comfort level with your approach and professionals. The questions below are basic questions and we hope that
you will cover these issues and expand significantly into more detail. A detailed implementation project plan and related materials would be
             very helpful for our understanding.
