Cosmetic & Reconstructive Plastic Surgery
(Adult & Pediatric)
Title: Physician Assistant
Responsibilities included first assist in OR, clinc hours, hospital rounding, inpatient
& outpatient consults, dictations (discharge summaries and H&Ps), and occasional
weekends.
On-call every other week. Responsibility included taking call for all 3 physicians in
the practice.
Effective communication and teamwork for complete care of my patients with Breast
Surgeons, Neurosurgery Team, Radiation Oncologists, ID, NPs/PAs, and Residents
Proficient in oral blocks & Botox injections. Assisted with Sculptra & Juvederm
injections
Managed post op patients in clinic when attending physician out of town
Managed 10 pediatric patients with ear anomalies with application of Ear Well
System.
Daily clinic use of ‘Mirror’ for patient pre-op & post-op photos and imaging
Participated in specialty related conferences at Northside Hospital (Breast) & Emory
(vascular malformations) and occasional weekly meetings with the plastic surgery
fellows.
