Texas State Technical College Waco (TSTC) is requesting sealed competitive bids
for the following listed item/s. Substitutions to the specifications will not be
accepted unless prior written approval by the buyer is given to the bidding party
requesting the substitution.

Upon receipt, bids will be date and time stamped into the Procurement Office. Bids must be received
before the date and time listed. Late bids will not be accepted. The time clock used for stamping in the
bids will be the official time clock used at opening. Bids will be opened and read aloud in the Procurement
Office or Patterson Hall Conference room shortly after 3:00 PM on the date shown above. Late arrivals of
bids or vendor representatives will not be allowed in the room once opening/reading has begun.

Please sign your bid. Failure to do so will disqualify your bid submission.

Award: An award will be made in the form of either/or an executed contract between both TSTC and the
vendor of award or by purchase order or by both documents. TSTC reserves the right to the method of
award. Work/Items shipped is not to occur until an agreement has been executed.
