CEO of Apple and Samsung will meet on May 21
maybe this is the route in dispute choose between two great companies.
eventually they will be peaceful because the ceo of each company will be present
to deliberate on the problems that occur. CEO of both companies are scheduled to
meet next on May 21.
As quoted from blog Foss Patents owned intellectual property rights
activist, Florian Mueller, Apple CEO Tim Cook and Samsung CEO Lee Kun-hee
will discuss the completion of more than 20 legal cases that took place since 2011
in 10 countries, tablet computers and related products both smartphone. The
meeting was conducted after a California judge ordered the two companies to
participate in a settlement meeting that will be led by a judge.
Despite the two companies will meet officials, but Samsung is still fairly
aggressively attacking Apple in the realm of law. As is known, Samsung sued
Apple back on the eight additional patents last week.
While Tim Cook, was not too fond of the law, in contrast with the late
Steve Jobs is willing to spend lots of money for the patent. "I chose settlement
instead of fighting," said Tim Cook told an analyst some time ago.
"I always hated the litigation and will continue to hate it. We just want
people out there find their own stuff," added Cook.If the upcoming May 21
meeting never reached an agreement, then the trial between Apple and Samsung
will continue in June in the United States. i hope this problem can be resolved
peacefully. continue to develop each of your products.
