                       and high technology. Chickering & Gregory, the oldest business law
                       firm in California, has dissolved.

Stanford University    Stanford – Law and Computer Fellow and Director of the Campus
                       Computer Facility. 1970 to 1975

                       Research at the Law School on projects of personal selection,
                       including intellectual property rights in computer software and
                       seminal work on legal aspects of computer abuse.

                         Emphasis at the Computer Center on overall administration and
                         legal officer of the facility serving 5,000 diverse local and remote
                         users in the University and a telecommunications network serving
                         eighteen California colleges and universities. Budget responsibility
                         yearly – $25,000,000 exclusive of capital assets. Personnel
                         supervised      –    42,      including   programmers,     engineers,
                         communications specialists, accountants, technical writers,
                         computer operators and clerical support.
