PRE-CONFERENCE PREFERENCES
Anticipated audience - What is the optimum number of attendees?
Length - Please specify whether this is a full-day or half-day workshop.
Room setup and technology - Each room will be set up classroom style and will include
a laptop with projector (on a cart), podium, one wired microphone, screen, and Internet access.
Please list any additional requirements.
ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT COSTS MUST BE COVERED BY THE PRE-CONFERENCE REVENUE.
Additional information - Provide any special requirements regarding day, time, or setup needs, if known.
ANTICIPATED EXPENSES
Pre-conferences are self-sustaining. In most cases, revenue must cover all costs, including speaker fees, expenses, lunches a
refreshments.

Please note that the conference committee does not pay full conference registration fee for presenters, except as negotiated in
conference speaker agreement. Conference fees are waived for presenters who plan to attend only for the purpose of present
program.
Sponsoring groups are responsible for initial selection of and communication with presenters. The pre-conference chair is avai
consultation and will assist with coordination prior to and during the conference.
We recommend having no more than four presenters for a pre-conference.
