Job Responsibilities (One years time span):
   Responsible for timely and accurate reporting of all compliance schedules as per Financial Reporting
    Calendar; (reporting to Assistant Vice President, FRC Head as well as Finance Controller).
   Involvement in Monthly as well as Quarterly closing activity (Financial Reporting IGAAP / IFRS).
     Designing and implementing new system and procedures and improving existing system to achieve better
      result and promote innovative working culture.
     Taking adequate measures to monitor the inflow/outflow of funds, ensuring optimum utilization of available

Job Responsibilities:

     Timely release of incentives / commission to channel Partner/Franchisee :
   Checking of channel partner commission with marketing plan, new acquisition, churn subscriber, pays out
    within SLA.
   Maintaining tracker, F & F of CP, closing of channel partner quarries.

   Subscriber Security Deposit and Refund Management:

   Timely process of Security deposit received from subscriber (PD case).
   Checking of security deposit balance in Arbor SD module, cross checking of SD refund cases updated in SD
   Refund entry in Oracle, Monitor of PD case aging > 60 days not refunded.
   PD case not refunded within 60 days: Subscriber details to be shared with CSD team.

   Reconciliation between Arbor v/s Oracle:

   Debtors & Security deposit received from Subscriber between Arbor v/s Oracle.
   Difference above as per SVCCL limit to be closed immediately.
   Provision for Bad debts:
   Accounting provision for bad debts, Bad debts w/off.

    Financial Reporting:

   Responsible for timely and accurate reporting of all compliance schedules of Channel & collection
    accounting as per Financial Reporting Calendar; (reporting to DGM Finance, FRC).

   Financial accounting and Internal Controls:

   Monthly balance sheet reconciliation of all Profit centers for the state by +5th working day (of next month).
    Reviews to include GL/AP/AR reviews and schedules advising the nature and purpose of items sitting in the
    balance sheet. The comments must be disc with State Ops head and Commercial head and actions taken to
    ensure all existing assets are good for recovery and all liabilities due for payments.
    Objective: Reconciled & well controlled balance sheet.

   Ensure quarterly confirmation of all vendor and receivable accounts. By the 15th of 1st month of
    subsequent quarter. Include all accounts > 50,000 overall ensuring 80% payables are covered. Generate
    weekly ageing reports to bring focus & accountability.
    Objective: External validation of AP/ AR.
   Compliance with all local state rules like timely payment of APMC, Octroi, VAT, Service tax and other
    government levies pertaining to the Agri business. Ensure full utilization of all Input Tax credits; escalate
    surplus credits (if any) to State commercial in time.
    Objective: Regulatory and legal compliances.

   Check and validate with business and operations all master data maintained for the State E.g. Bills of
    Materials, Sub contracting orders Materials Masters, pricing etc. Escalate all issues timely to Central
    Controller and seek changes.
    Objective: Understand and review the SAP set-ups so as to understand impact in Accounting.

   Inventory control and review to prime focus. Follow policy of perpetual Inventory checking, escalate
    variances. Review and monitor stock keeping norms and actual and suggest improvement measures that
    are practicable.
    Objective: Inventory control.

   Thorough understanding of Inventorisation policies and Product costing template. Monitor revenue /
    costing against various alternate supply sources. Discuss & optimize sourcing strategy to provide
    competitive edge to business.
    Objective: Understand drivers of Product cost and support business in Decisions towards optimization

   Assist State commercial in effective cash management by reviewing all Imprest and Capex Budgets.
    Discuss with business to understand needs and suggest measures by which cycle times of working capital

   Weekly tracking of GM/ sales targets against AOP, monitor short falls and build alternate plans with

    Drive this KPI for 5% improvement.
   Monthly monitoring of CPC Dump/Shrink and Transit Losses. Identify all cases >5% and do a root cause
    analysis. Hold all relevant stakeholders like D&L / CPC accountable for any unexplained losses.
   Review Markdown sales, work with area operations / commercial to bring down incidence.
   Daily monitoring of stores inventory to escalate overstocking or inventory build beyond one day.

   Monitor and Track Secondary Transport Cost and optimization of number of trips to reduce costs.
