            1. The qualifying teams shall come from the following 8 districts:

               conjunction with the national office. The vote will be taken on
               Monday, March 12, 2012.

                             Tournament Event Schedule

3:30pm-5:00pm – 4 courts available
Or 5:00pm-6:30pm – 2 courts available

      Each participating team in the tournament will receive 1½ hours of free practice at the
       UCR fieldhouse: 851 30th Ave SE Rochester, MN
      Please contact Ben Boldt bboldt@rochsports.com if you would like to participate in this
       practice 1st come 1st serve.
      Practice balls will be provided

Team Practice:
Practice time slots are reserved times, and on a first come first serve basis. Practice time slots
are held at the tournament court and are 50 minutes in length. Time slots are as follows:

             9:00am-9:50am                                   9:50am-10:40am
             10:40am-11:30am                                 11:30am-12:20pm
             12:20pm-1:10pm                                  1:10pm-2:00pm
             2:00pm-2:50pm                                   2:50pm-3:40pm

Cost:        $30.00/person
             Please dress appropriately
Bring:       T-shirt that represents your college or team. There will be a designated time
             where all players and coaches can exchange t-shirt. Please remember to bring a
             t-shirt so that your team can be included in this event.

  Family and friends are welcome to attend the tournament banquet, but they MUST have
                              reservations on Banquet Form.
                          WALK UP TICKETS ARE NOT AVAILABLE.

                                   Game Webcasting
All Tournament Games will be webcast over the internet. Game webcasts can be access
                      on the website, www.rochsports.com.
                                  Tournament Rules
                           All NJCAA Rules shall be followed
              Official Tournament ball will be Rawlings FRANWNJCAA-B
  Once the roster is entered in the official score book, substitutions are not allowed.
                         Bench personnel shall not exceed 19.
                                         Awards
                             st   nd
Awards will be given to the 1 , 2 , and 3rd place teams. Each individual on the 1st place
 team will receive a gold medal and the individuals on the 2nd place team will receive
silver medals. There will also be a Coach of the Tournament award given. Eight players
will be selected for the All-Tournament Team and one Tournament MVP award will be
                                         given.
                                  Tournament Format
Games will be played on Thursday, Friday and Saturday; 1pm, 3pm, 6pm and 8pm with
each team playing 3 games throughout the tournament. Draw has been determined by
               the NJCAA. Brackets with dates and times are enclosed.
                                       Videotaping
 The Rochester Amateur Sports Commission will be videotaping all games at this year’s
  event. DVD’s of the games can be purchased for $10 each. Please contact Ben Boldt
          (bboldt@rochsports.com, 507-285-8448) to order after the event.
                                   Athletic Training
     We will have a certified athletic trainer from the Mayo Clinic Sports Medicine
                Department on site 60 minutes prior to the first game.
                                        Laundry
   A laundry facility is located at the Kahler Inn & Suites. There are 2 coin operated
                                    washers and dryers.
                                        Uniforms
  The highest seeded team in each game will wear their home (light) uniform and the
                lower seeded team will wear their away (dark) uniform.
                                        Statistics
A statistical team will be tracking game statistics via a computerized program. Halftime
                         and final game statistics will be provided.

We are excited to have you and your team staying with us during the 2012 NJCAA DIII
Women’s Basketball Tournament! I have attached a sub-block form and rooming list which
needs to be completed and returned to me by e-mail or fax no later than Monday, March 12,
2012. (gray areas that are for hotel use only).

We will need a completed rooming list with the first and last names of each person staying in
each room, as well as payment information with this form. This form is not valid without your
rooming list and some indication of how the rooms will be paid for. Below lists the options
for payment:

                   □   Checks can either be sent prior to arrival (preferred) or upon arrival.
                   □   Purchase orders will need to be sent to the hotel at least 5 days prior to
                       your arrival.
                   □   Credit card information needs to be entered above in the space allotted.

Each participating college will receive tournament passes for ONLY those rostered
 players, coaches and other officials listed on the Official Entry Form. All players
and coaches MUST present tournament passes to gain access to the facility. If you
 have any college representatives traveling with your team and will be attending
         the tournament, please indicate that on the Official Entry Form.

  Only coaches that are listed on the Official Entry Form will be provided with
hospitality after each game and during half time. Coaches MUST be wearing their
                   credential in order to take advantage of this.
