This is a document that is submitted to an arbitrator at the end of arbitration to propose
an award that is given by the arbitrator. This is merely a proposal of an award, and it is
not a binding arbitration award. The proposal may help the arbitrator shape and
determine which award should be granted and it could possibly save the arbitrator work
if he or she simply adopts the proposal as the arbitration award. This document should
be used by individuals or entities involved in arbitration that want to propose an award
that the arbitrator could grant.
