For each policy sold, 20% of your net premium
is paid to Bupa as its commission. Net premium
is the premium calculated after the deduction
of the cost of stamp duty and fees payable
in connection with services provided to
policyholders. The commission is payable on
a monthly basis. We do not pay referral fees
for anyone referring you to us. Bupa pays its
employees who sell Bupa Travel Insurance a
salary. However, Bupa Telesales staff receives up
to $1.50 for each Bupa Travel Insurance policy
they sell. A set monthly commission payment of
up to $150.00 will be made to the Team Leader or
Team Coach of Bupa Telesales staff if their team
exceeds their combined non-Personal Health
Insurance team target.

Bupa Retail Centre staff receives up to $1.50 for
each Bupa Travel Insurance policy they sell.
A set monthly commission payment of $50.00
will be made to the Retail Centre Manager if their
team meets or exceeds their team combined
target for non-Personal Health Insurance, which
includes Travel Insurance as one component.
A set monthly commission payment of $100.00
will be made to the Retail Centre Manager if the
team meets or exceeds each of their individual
non-Personal Health Insurance targets.

Bupa employees may also be eligible for
further discretionary individual or team benefits
(such as a monthly, quarterly or annual payments
or annual prizes) if they are deemed to be a
‘top performer’, determined from their sales
compared to combined sales targets.
Non-Personal Health Insurance targets contribute
between 10% and 100% of these combined
sales targets.
