Located just 22 miles north of downtown Austin, offers numerous outdoor recreational opportunities

which is a private course, can also be found in the Cedar Park area.



Cedar Park residents also enjoy easy access to Lakeline Mall, which can be found just south of the
community's city limits. Here, residents can browse through more than 1,000,000 square feet of
shopping opportunities. Some of the anchor stores found within the mall include Sears, Foley's, Dillard's
JC Penny's and Mervyn's.



Residents of Cedar Park tend to be highly educated, with many moving to the area in order to be near to

median household income being $64,563 in fiscal year 2003, its residents can easily afford the homes in
