named Phil Larios as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board.
Larios has been serving as President and CEO at The Hignell Companies
since 2003.

property management company, announces the naming of Phil Larios as Chief
Executive Officer. The position was previously held by Doug Hignell, who
will still be actively involved in the family-owned company. Larios will
