                                          TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
1   All bookings must be made on the booking form above and are subject to availability. All bookings require a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £10.00 per person
    at time of booking. Provisional bookings will be held for 14 days from enquiry date and released without prior notification unless a deposit and a completed booking form
    have been received.
2   We reserve the right to alter, amend or cancel dates or rooms without prior notification.
3   Full payment of the final balance is required ONE MONTH prior to event. NO MONIES PAID WILL BE TRANSFERRED OR REFUNDED for guests who do not attend or cancel.
    All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at current rate.
4   Seating arrangements will be at Marsh Farm’s discretion, however every effort will be made to accommodate your requirements.
5   A pre order for food choices will be required one month prior to event. Please note the special wine prices for pre-paid wines. These prices will only be extended to wines
    pre-ordered and pre-paid with meal choices only.
6   Groups requiring a VAT invoice must request this in writing. This will be posted out after event to address given in details. All prices include VAT.
7   Party Nights are covered by licensing legislation, therefore admission is reserved to over 18’s. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age and identification.
8   Marsh Farm reserve the right to refuse entry or take corrective actions should it be deemed necessary on day of event. The responsibility for the party and their conduct will
    rest with the organiser of that party.
9   Party Nights are mixed groups. Should you require private parties these can be arranged. Minimum numbers in the Clarendon Suite is 80. Should private party numbers drop
    below minimum numbers set, FULL payment of the difference will be required. Any extras taken on night must be paid in full on evening of event.
10 Party Nights - Sit down times specified in the brochure must be adhered to. Later times will be subject to a supplementary charge. Meals will not be available to guests
   arriving after 20.30 hrs.
11 Marsh Farm Hotel provides our own Disco for all Party nights described in our Christmas 2009 brochure.
12 All drinks are to be purchased from hotel stocks. Items specifically requested, which we do not normally stock, should be organised at the enquiry stage so that we can obtain
   the product from our suppliers. Should guests wish to provide their own wine, sparkling wine or champagne, the hotel corkage charges are as follows: Still wine: £10.00 per
   75cl bottle Sparkling wine or champagne: £15.00 per 75cl bottle
13 Insurance can be arranged to protect you and your event against cancellation or abandonment with a minimum sum insured based on the anticipated income to the hotel.
   Insurance can also cover non-appearance of speakers or delegates, property damage at or to the venue or its content, bodily injury and third party damage. The hotel does
