The Media Design House, part of GMG Property Services, offering property agents a
wide range of design services, has secured the contract to redesign the Belvoir website -, as part of the development and management of the
brand for all 150 Belvoir offices by The Media Design House.

The Media Design House has redesigned the Belvoir site to greatly update the
appearance and functionality of the site and to reflect the importance of this well known
brand. The new bespoke website has carefully considered navigation, with key
information and upgraded functionality that will allow this content rich site to have its
information accessed quickly and effectively.

Andrew Goddard, Director at Belvoir, comments: “Since developing a working
partnership in May 2006, we have been very happy with The Media Design House as
our Brand Managers.

“Their refreshing approach, commitment and professionalism in this partnership was
quickly noted and we were impressed with the short timeframe in which the team were
up to speed with the franchise business and its branding implications.

“We have tried to develop similar relationships with other creative companies in the
past and have failed so we are thrilled that this relationship with The Media Design
House has gone so smoothly. We have particular and demanding needs as a large
franchise and are confident in the knowledge that the The Media Design House team
have understood this fully and have been able to service this to a high level.
“I consider it rare to find a company with all three main qualities, price, quality and
speed. The Media Design House has delivered all three without compromise. Belvoir
Lettings are very much looking forward to the future in partnership with The Media
Design House and its further development. We are already looking to add to this by
inviting them to our annual conference and planning further creative projects that will
help us grow further.”

Robert May, Business Unit Director at The Media Design House, said: “The Media
Design House offers agencies a gold service for website development and hosting. Not
only do we have the experience, market knowledge and a solid understanding of what
makes a property site successful, but we have access to cutting-edge web technology to
ensure agency websites deliver longer dwell time, interactivity and most importantly,
quality enquiries that lead to business.

“It is well worth property agents remembering that a new or revamped site is
surprisingly cost effective, helping to win new instructions and drive business, whilst at
the same time, building user confidence and making the decision to instruct an agent
with a strong and professional online presence, all the easier.”

The Media Design House offers agents fast turnaround, quality delivery, cutting edge
technology and value for money. Property agents can choose from two web options –
template or bespoke. The template designs offer a variety of 10 styles to choose from,
each of which can be customised with the agent’s logo, colours and content and offers a
low price and fast turn-around time to deliver the site live.

The bespoke option offers a full design service, adapted to suit each agent’s needs. The
initial design draft is created for approval and the full site is built using tailored content,
which is tested, fully approved and live in 6-8 weeks.

The functionality incorporates the latest innovative technology, increased flexibility and
continued development. The extended functionality of includes
maps to display search results, customisable details for users, featuring user profiles;
shortlists of favourite properties; saved searches; email alerts; and ‘email a friend’.
