					You cannot have a healthy lifestyle without balance. What I see with so
much of the health advice today is it is often unrealistic and
unnecessary. In fact, this fanaticism with healthy eating seems to make
people less healthy overall. Over the past 20 years, the mainstream
healthy lifestyle message has been correlated with an increase in both
eating disorders and weight issues. It does little good if your body is
healthy, but you are unhappy with your life. It is important to allow
yourself to discover a healthy lifestyle balance in all of these areas of
your life. I've found it is often a lack of balance that leads to eating
issues in the first place. "Modern lifestyle has lost the harmony in
mind-body relationship which has caused several stress based diseases
such as hypertension, coronary heart diseases and cancer. The attempt to
prevent and treat these diseases triggered a search for better lifestyles
and better strategies that converged on the rediscovery of ancient
disciplines such as yoga combined lifestyles with potent infallible
prescriptions for lasting mental peace which confirmed by clinical

 The traditional yoga has gone through certain modification and now comes
under different form and postures such as hot yoga, hatha yoga, vinyasa
yoga, yin yoga etc. Hot yoga refers to yoga exercises performed under hot
and humid conditions. Often associated with the style devised by Bikram
Choudhury, Bikram Yoga is a system of yoga that Bikram Choudhury
synthesized from traditional hatha yoga techniques and popularized
beginning in the early 1970s, hot yoga is now used to describe any number
