Brushetta - Melted mozzarella cheese, tomato, basil, garlic, and olive oil on herbed flat
Buffalo Cheese Sticks – A blend of monterey jack and bleu cheeses coated in a spicy
buffalo batter deep-fried to a golden brown perfection.
Crab Stuffed Mushrooms – Large button mushroom caps stuffed with sweet claw and
lump crabmeats, herbed breadcrumbs, and parmesan cheese.
Coconut Shrimp Martini – Plump gulf shrimp coated with a coconut tempura batter and
deep fried to perfection, paired with our mango chutney and served in a martini glass.
Tournados – Twin petite filets sautéed to your liking topped with mushrooms and onions
simmered in a rich beef broth, served with a side of wild rice and green beans almondine.
Prime Rib au Jus – Slow roasted prime rib served with garlic mashed potatoes and sugar
Seafood Creole- Lobster, crab, and shrimp simmered in a spicy creole tomato sauce with
peppers and onions tossed with linguine noodles finished with shredded mozzarella.
Stuffed Chicken Breast – Oven roasted chicken breast stuffed with our own recipe bread
stuffing paired with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans almondine.
Salmon with Dill Cream Sauce – Char-grilled salmon filet topped with a dill cream sauce
and served over wild rice and a side of sugar snap peas.
Gorgonzola Mushroom Ravioli – Cheese filled ravioli simmered in a bleu cheese and
wild mushroom alfredo.
Crème Caramel – A sweet and rich custard topped with a caramel glaze.
Raspberry Cheese Cake – A rich vanilla cheesecake swirled with fresh raspberry sauce.
