 1. PURPOSE:
    To provide written procedure for cleaning of change rooms.

 2. SCOPE:
    Applicable to cleaning of change rooms in the pharma industry.

 3. RESPONSIBILITY:
    House keeping staff.

 4. PROCEDURE:
 4.1 CLEANING AIDS:
 4.1.1 Pipe brush.
 4.1.2 Cobweb brush.
 4.1.3 Duster Cloth.
 4.1.4 Savlon.
 4.1.5 Dettol.

 4.2 CHANGE ROOM:
 4.2.1 Clean the doors, waste bins, lockers, crossover benches, soap dispenser, visitors uniforms
         cupboard, used uniforms bin etc with duster cloth, Savlon / Dettol, twice in day i.e. at the start
         of the shift and end of the shift
 4.2.2 Clean the room electrical fittings with dry duster cloth.
 4.2.3 Clean the change room floor with dry mopping followed by wet mopping with Savlon /
         Dettol, thrice in a day (during working hours) i.e. at the start of the shift, after lunch hour and
         end of the shift.
 4.3 Clean adherent stains noticed immediately.
 4.4 Make the entries on the Sanitation & Cleaning Record of Change Room Form No. FZ/078A,
     twice daily, AM & PM columns accordingly.
