      to maintain CPM and charge a premium for sponsor
   alignment with relevant content and greater distribution.

Impression Fee Structure:
Pointroll will receive an agreed upon CPM to be included in
 the proposal to agency/advertiser

Production Charges:
Pointroll will receive a production fee depending on the
 complexity of the campaign. A tiered production fee
 structure from $10,000-$30,000.*
*Please note that production charges will be based on complexity and could exceed $30,000.
 Production estimates are included on ideas presented later in this presentation.

                 products in the space it will offer up recipes or video demos.

          •      Could be anchored in a special section on the iVillage site and
                 drive traffic back to content area with an ad call for the
                 sponsor including video commercials
