AAJ Education offers two programs for the experienced practitioner: Advanced Nursing
Home Seminar and Advanced Nursing Home Case Development College. Participants
may attend one or both programs. Register for both programs and receive a special

take home for reference and further study.
These programs bring together experienced plaintiff attorneys and experts who are focused
on helping you achieve a full recovery of damages for your clients.

Who Should Attend
Both programs are developed with the experienced practitioner in mind. Attorneys who

About the AAJ Nursing Home Litigation Group
Members of the Nursing Home Litigation Group handle cases involving nursing homes, assisted
living facilities, and professionals rendering care to the elderly. The Group provides members the
tools and resources necessary to successfully litigate on behalf of injured individuals who are
residents of nursing homes or long-term care facilities. Group members network and discuss legal
cases and strategies on the Group’s plaintiff-only list server and at regular meetings, including AAJ
Conventions and Education seminars on litigating abuse and/or neglect of nursing home resident
cases. In addition, the Group maintains a document library to assist members in identifying and
sharing experts, pleadings, discovery, and depositions. Membership is open to AAJ Paralegal
Affiliates, Regular, Sustaining, Life, and President’s Club members. To join this Nursing Home
Litigation Group, visit or contact Dennyce L. Korb at 605-348-7300.
