With continuing escalation of land costs, professional fees and other expenses, the small or medium
sized user is often priced out of attractive and upscale markets. To that end we often purchase more
land than one client needs with the sole purpose of reducing unit land cost. This volume buying and
sharing concept translates into lower costs per unit and reduces sewer, engineering and other costs.
