Dear Sir or Madam;

I am writing for three reasons;

    1. To dispute specific information on my credit report that may be incorrect, misleading and/or
       frivolous. The items that I am speaking of are listed at the bottom of this page as well as
       encircled on the accompanied credit report.

    2. To remove aged inquiries from my credit report.

    3. To ask that you investigate and remove all other accounts inaccurate, misleading and/or
       frivolous information from my credit report and prevent its reinsertion.

Items to be disputed;

    1. Afni collections-I have no affiliations with afni and have not defaulted on any loans in 2007 as
       the account shows it was opened.

    2. Wells Fargo-shows 3 late payments. Prior to any of these late payments, a written and signed
       agreement was done between myself and wells fargo to allow me to pay partial payments for
       specific time frames. I carried out the agreement as expected and then they still proceeded to
       send my accounts to the credit bureau as a late payment. They agreed to allow me to pay a
       specific amount (which was set by them) so they should not be able to represent me with
       misleading information that I don’t pay my bills on time.

Please investigate these matters and delete the disputed items within the time frame required by the
Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and inform me in writing of the outcome. Thank you for your time and
considerations in this matter.

Sincerely,
