 78        Key Points and Disclaimer:
 79                                                                          1. Check the strength of the structure to be certain that it can handle the moments and forces.
 80                                                                          2. Install stops so that the gate movement is limited and it cannot flip backwards. Allowing
 81                                                                               it to flip can cause catastrophic structural and personal harm.
 82                                                                          3. Install steering stabilizers on the structure to dampen the wave action (See the steering stabilizer estimation tool below)
 83                                                                          4. Install about 90% of the weight initially and weigh the counterweight if possible. Fine tune the counterweight to match the design weight.
 84                                                                               Always check the density of counterweight material by weighing a known volume.
 85                                                                          5. The counterweight shaft should go through the center of the counterweight pipe to support it
 86                                                                          6. The end caps for the counterweight pipe should be the same thickness as the face plate (0.25" thick or more)
 87                                                                          7. This program assumes a horizontal reinforcing tube at the top and bottom of the
 88                                                                                face plate. It also assumes an extra, intermediate horizontal and/or an extra vertical reinforcing tube
