NO STRUCTURAL ACTIVITY VERY SLOW PROGRESS AT SITE

         Reference: DD/PIU/KNW/24 Dated March 08, 2012

         Dear Sir,

Structural activity is stopped because contractor is facing manufacturing shortage of
steel. Contractor has already been informed in written to submit Revised Work Plan.

Earthwork progress is slow because the reaches hold mature trees that may be
cut/uprooted during the execution of work. It is, therefore, requested to approach the
DFO Chichawatni to nominate his representative for preparation of joint tree inventory.

Consultant’s field staff is present at site, observing all the Earthwork activities and
keeping the record. Field tests are being carried out as per QAP and record is being
         maintained.

Your suggestions at site will highly be appreciated.

         With Regards,
