sporting activities and biking or walking clubs. Competition is inevitable for some people in group
situations, so they tend to work harder. Having a group of people to socialize with before and after

exercise class also makes some people less likely to give up or miss class. It is a good idea to have at least
one other person to help motivate you to continue exercising. There are those who prefer exercising alone or
at home. Find out what works for you, the types of exercises you enjoy and make physical fitness a regular
part of your life.




Improving your fitness can take time. It is best to set short- and long-term goals that are realistic.

you did. You will have more energy, improved endurance and better overall health. Exercise increases the
