Should Manga Animation Remain As Current Form Of Entertainment? Besides socializing with friends and sports, entertainment is what we need to destress and recharge our mind. Such as movies and music. But what about manga animation? Should it be remain as current form of entertainment? For your info, manga is an alternate term for Japanese animation. You know the characters with big eyes and colourful hair? Those are the common characteristics that gave Japanese the edge over their American counterparts in animation and comics where they are the only competing countries in the 80s and 90s. Shows like Astro Boy, Spaceship Yamato, Battle Of The Planets, Mobile Suit Gundam and Macross are their trademarks. Just like most Asians tend to be influenced strongly by Americans, the Americans themselves are influenced by Japanese who always remained original in their works and ahead of the game One example is their joint venture animation series of Robotech by Tatsunoko and Harmony Gold Studios. They comprised of 4 totally unrelated animation series such as Macross, Southern Cross, Mospeada and Sentinels as well as 2 major blockbuster movies Robotech The Movie and Robotech: Shadow Chronicles. I know because I am among their biggest fans way before internet. The way I see as now, manga can still be the next form of entertainment if it retains the original story with CG and 3D enhancements to their designs. These are already apparent in movies like Transformers, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Resident Evil Damnation. Other than just normal comics and videos, they produce games that can integrated into ipads, iphones and Smart TVs. Same goes for movie download licences into those electronics. It is much easier for those born in the 1980s and current new generation to accept manga animation than the older generation unless the latter are Japanese themselves. The fact remains that Japanese are the original creators of manga, CG and 3D. Henceforth their artwork is second to none. Not even the Americans and the rest of the world as they still have a long way to go. It is precisely this reason that Americans often merged with Japanese into translating their works from Japanese to English before showcasing to everyone else. With that said, manga animation should still remain as current form of entertainment. Despite the current technology, there is still a huge market of not just fans but aspiring artistes wanting to learn drawing and create their own manga. This is apparent with the children, teenagers and young adults. If you have been a long-time manga fan like me but having problems with drawing and colouring manga characters perfectly, feel free to check out my site on How To Draw Manga Faces. But if you find drawing manually to be too time- consuming, then I urge you to check out my other site whereby I will be giving the most updated Manga Studio Reviews.
