private taxis to reach the Varca Beach. Margao Station (18 kms) is the nearest railhead from Varca.
Frequent buses leave from Margao's city bus stand to Varca. From Margao, you can also take auto-
rickshaws which are easily available. For local movement, use the cycles and motorbikes, which are
available on hire.
