David Rivera is a native resident of New York
When: November 12, 2005 City. Mr. Rivera is a graduate of the
Lexington School for the Deaf and received his
Bachelor’s Degree, majoring in ASL, from
Where: Mott Community
Gallaudet University. He obtained a Master’s
College, Regional Technical Degree in Deaf Education from McDaniel
Center, Room 1015 College in Maryland.
(Directions On Back) In 1997, Mr. Rivera began his higher education
teaching career at Gallaudet University.
Time: 9am to 4pm. Presently, he holds the position of full-time
ASL faculty member at Union County College

faculty person at LaGuardia Community
College in Queens, New York, working with
